"I purchased a Sigma 24-70 lens from them and everything went fine, shipped fast and good service getting the order placed. The lens was not working with my camera and it turns out that many of these don't work right on Canon 20D bodies. Sigma told me that they are working on a fix but it may take up to 2 months for that to happen. I called to return it today and got a total runaround. I told them to start with I had a defective lens and wanted to upgrade it to a more expensive model (with no known compatibility problems). I spent 30 minutes on the phone getting passed around. The end result? They have a 2 week warranty and I ordered mine on Feb 9th so I was no longer able to make any warranty returns. On a good note Sigma is aware of this and are really trying to take care of me. "
