HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

"I placed a Christmas order on December 1. It is now December 14 and the order has not shipped, although the money has left my PayPal account !!! I have tried to reach them several times by phone and email ..holding for over 45 minutes each time..with no response. SO FRUSTRATING!! Horrible customer service!!!!"

Roland has great Customer Service Skills

"Id had issues with my order and my account was charged twice for the same order. I spoke with a young lady from CS just before speaking to Roland and she was no help at all. Basically, blew me off.
Thank you "Roland" for caring and taking the time to resolve the issues.

can no longer place an order from Canada ! since they were bought out in May/2019 !

"I have ordered products previously, sometimes long shipping times. I have tried placing an order 3 times over last few days, it keeps getting stuck on the very last screen, after 3-4 hr's its times out. I called into customer service this morning, waiting on hold 59 minutes and all of a sudden was disconnected !. I then re-dialed & choose the 'place a phone order' option.. and someone answered right away. So even if the system allows you to "choose" Canada & enter all your info... they no longer take Canadian orders , he states !..
How odd !... very disappointed with this process & lack of on-line info, it should state only US orders ! Why waste my time !
I will delete the email address/ notifications.

Terrible service!!

"I've seen their product, and it looks good. However, their service is absolutely horrible!! They've moved from Wisconsin to Florida, after filing for some sort of bankruptcy. I sent an order in, 48 hr promised shipping (not to my door, which is fine for me) it was 5 (business) days later, still no shipment. I emailed, twice! No answers, so I call, it took me 4 times, and waiting 10 mins each before I actually got ahold of a person. I asked about my order, and why it hasn't shipped. No answer, they didn't know. They offered no apology, and no care at all! I highly advise buying elsewhere for outdoor clothing. I'm sure this place was good at some point, but now it's all terrible. "

Horrible Customer Service

"I placed a large order the company, I received a confirmation email stating that it was shipping but the main 2 items was out of stock. I had added several clearance/sale items to my order. I emailed customer several times about it and about cancelling the order with no reply’s. Stay away!"

Aweful customer service.

"I will never order from them again. I bought a jacket and I still have not received my package worst part is they don’t know where it is either. I call them they tell me to call fed ex I call fed ex they tell me to call the sender. Worst part is they could care less when I call and try to get updates.

I will never buy from them again and would NEVER recoommed them to any of my friend or family.

Quality materials that last

"I love legendary cloths, they are made well with quality’s stitching and heavy materials. They don’t sale you short on the quality or style. Cloths wear and wash well. Items run a bit small on the size but great products"

"My expediencies with Legendary Whitetail's has not been a good one.

Their online ordering system is sub-par at best. I ordered some items on sale for Christmas presents. I completely finished my order including payment thinking I just checked a few more people off my list. Then, hours later, I was sent an "order conformation" email, not a sorry your items are out of stock email.

Buried inside the body of the email I noticed the comment "unavailable", Huh? Not available? Why would you not make me aware before going threw the entire process? What if I'd not checked my email for a few days? This is not a good business practice at all!

Shop some of the very reputable online retailers like Cabelas, Bass Pro or others and skip Legendary.

"Horrible.. I would not recommend the company. I had placed an order & before I received it, I noticed a product went on sale. Andrew & Stephanie in Customer Service were not willing to give a credit of 5.00. I was very disappointed that they were not willing to work this out. I told them I was not going to be needing their catalog anymore, I will be returning ALL their products & will write a review that they were not customer friendly."
