SCAM>>>DO NOT ORDER

"I ordered panasonic phones through Deep discount on walmart online shopping and received a cd. I should have followed some other reviews saying the same thing happened to them. Instead I went by reviews that said I love my phones...only to notice after that those reviews were actually stolen from a panasonic website and used by Deep discount. No response as of yet from deep discount and walmart says they have nothing to do with 3rd party sellers. These were an anniversary gift for my parents and I waited a long time to get them. I even ordered to the store to pick up despite the repeated messages telling me I could receive them at home for free shipping. I am very disgusted by walmart for continuing to keep deep discount on their website even though it appears they have scammed a lot of people. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! I was also informed by walmart that they had 2 other customers returns in their shift that were sold by DEEP DISCOUNT that were incorrect items."

Only PARTIAL Refunds issued for all returns...DeepDiscount keeps the tax and restocking fee!

"A word of advice to the wise...never purchase merchandise from deepdiscount.com.
1. They always ship media mail, and the turnaround time is VERY SLOW...even though they charge shipping.
2. If you ever contact them for a refund, they will cop an attitude and give you a hard time...before eventually refunding you only a portion of what you paid. PLUS you need to pay for return shipping, not reimbursed either.
I tried to return a dvd set sealed as received, they took a portion of what I paid,
Their "customer service" is the worse: RUDE, and UNPROFESSIONAL.
If you want good discounts and customer service, go with Ebay and Amazon. These two are light years ahead of DeepDiscount, which is really, dirt and grime on the base of the earth.

"I pre-ordered the NECA Warduke figure in January, my order confirmation said it would ship April 27th.

April 27th comes and goes, and there is no movement on my order. I reached out via FB on the 28th and after 24 hours got the vague reply of "The item has not come in yet. Once it does, we will get it out to you and send you tracking info via email."

I asked if they had an ETA and was told they would reach out to the vendor and get back to me.

Nine days pass with no contact. I reach out again asking if there is an update. The reply this time "Yes, they are expecting to ship this item to us at the end of the month (May). You can expect to receive this in early June. Once it ships, we will send you tracking info."

I reach out again on June 10, asking for an update and am finally told that it was never released, as soon as it does they will let me know.

Today I receive an email stating my order has been canceled (with ZERO explanation), and that a refund has been processed.

The fact that my refund has already hit my card is why this is not a one star review.

This is not a proper way to do any kind of business. If there is an issue with an item that a customer has ordered you should be in constant contact with that customer to keep them updated. They should not have to reach out to you months at a time to get an update on something they spent money at your company for.

I will be more than happy to come to your company and train your people and how to conduct proper customer service and how to keep tabs on things such as this so that you can keep in contact and better inform your customers of their orders or your lack of ability to fulfill their orders.

Oh and now it appears They have blocked me on facebook.

Inaccurate Availability of Products & Apathetic Customer Serivce

"When I first placed an order with DeepDiscount.com, their system said the items I bought were all In Stock. They only fulfilled part of my order, so I called to find out the status of what was still missing, just to be told that item is now on backorder.

I advised the representative on the phone to keep it on backorder in the event they could procure the item. A few hours later, they email me to say they are cancelling the order, which I did not request when I called earlier in the day.

They have very poor communication with their customers as they provide incorrect information on their website and then refuse to heed one's request to keep an item on backorder.

Because of their ineptness and blatant disregard for customer service, it wound up costing me over $40.00 more for the same product that I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere if I would have known at the time I placed the order that they did not have this item on inventory.

I am a very loyal customer and they had zero consideration for the inconveniences which they caused me. They take absolutely no responsibility for errors which they create and could care less how they treat their customers. They truly are the epitome of apathy.

Incompetent and Callous, Very Shady

"I was going to tell a whole saga, but seeing the other reviews, it would just be piling on. I wish I had known before ordering from them. They messed up my preorder through their own incompetence, and when I entreated them to get the order reinstated, they did not care, just fed my the same regurgitated lines, talking in circles. No empathy or ownership on their part. When I asked to escalate my case, they just said "all requests are subject to approval", AKA "get lost". Now the preorders are all sold out, so I guess I am out of pocket for dealing with these snakes. I spoke to the manufacturer of the item and they said they do not even distribute to them, so it seems the listing was fake to begin with, which seems to be a common theme in their reviews. Avoid them at all costs."

They Never Had The Items And Didn’t Tell Me

"They never had the items in stock and were never getting them in stock but did not inform me. I had to message THEM to find out FOUR MONTHS LATER that they were never shipping my items. Now I have to deal with the high aftermarket prices to find the items, all because a business lied to try and scam money out of people. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM."

they do not deliver pre order

"I placed an order since May to ensure the pre-order. the vinyl came out on July 27 and was never shipped. call to ask they told me that it still did not arrive. and in an email they tell me that they are finished. they are not a serious store. they only deliver their pre-orders to those they want. do not trust this store. the vinyl before the release was already out of stock. with more reason they did not send."

"I see a lot of really bad reviews here, but I had a great experience. When I bought a highly sought after item for much cheaper than other online retailers, I was prepared to get burned. But everything arrived perfectly, no complaints with quality. Shipped from within the US, so it came within a week or so of my payment. I was even able to track the package with the Shop app! Thank you, Deep Discount, for a discount indeed!"

Horrible Service. Would probabaly keep your money if you dont call support.

"Horrible Service. Would probably keep your money if you don't call support. See my timeline below with them. I requested to cancel cause they took a month to ship out.

11-12-20 - Order Date from DeepDiscount
12-18-20 - Reach out to DeepDiscount support as it never shipped out and asked to cancel/refund order.
12-19-20 - Received a shipping email from them saying item is shipped out.
12-20-20 - DeepDiscount support it is too late to cancel as it was shipped out "due to their quick order processing"
12-24-20 - USPS still waiting for item. per tracking number..
12-28-20 - USPS finally received the package, now i'm still waiting for it.

I’m surprised there are so many bad reviews!

"I ordered 2 Kpop albums from them on Monday 8/10/20 and I got the confirmation number and etc. The next day I received an email saying it shipped out and I just received it today which is 8/15/20! Came in a timely manner and nothing was damaged, will order from again Despite such bad reviews about people pre ordering items and having issues with it!"

Horrible, Fraudulent, Criminal

After placing the order for the “Columbia Classics 4K Collection” I learned that the set would re-quire “after sales care” to replace defect manufactured Blu-ray discs: https://www.blu-ray.com/news/?id=26964 . Therefore, I contacted SONY and they advised that they are not working with Deep Discount since they are an “unlicensed retailer”. I called Deep Discount and cancelled my order: 6/11/2020 at 1:41PM AM with “Shantel” 5 days before the official release.

Since I did not receive the standard Email cancellation confirmation, I called back on 6/12/2020 at 10:00 AM and spoke with “Jesus” who confirmed to me that this order had been successfully canceled. I received the Email cancelation confirmation at 10:12AM showing the item and order number.

Today at 9:06 AM I received an Email “confirming” that the canceled order was shipped out. I immediately called Deep Discount and spoke to someone who flat-out refused to give me his name who proceeded to coerce me into accepting this shipment - or else. He stated that the shipment has already left. My tracking at 12:57PM however revealed that this shipment has not yet been picked up. Only the Label has bene created. The man added insult to injury by claiming that no one has called to cancel this order. I asked him why I then received a confirmation of my cancelation – upon which he hung up.

I found it odd that this employee wanted to force me to accept this shipment, which I could “return for free via regular mail only”. He added that return shipments are often not received, which is why his company almost never issues any credits or refunds on return shipments. That sounds to me like an illegal operation, which is why I will not order from you again.

I asked them in writing per Mail (they turned off their Fax) to recall this shipment from USPS. I will refuse delivery if they ring my door bell. I will advise AX accordingly.
