"DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Ordered a doorbell (supposedly in stock) a month ago - still no doorbell and no response to emails other than a single email stating it was supposed to ship over a week ago. Requested a refund - no refund (from them) either. I'll let my credit card company deal with it. All of the numerous negative reviews are online for a reason.
(Update) - Finally got a refund after I contacted my bank. Avoid these clowns - waste of time."
"A similar story to previous review. I ordered a doorbell online, my credit card was charged immediately, and 2 weeks later have not even received a shipping notice. The first time I called, some guy said something about him having to call the manufacturer (common excuse it appears), and then I heard nothing. since then, all attempts to contact customer service, by e-mail or phone, have been unsuccessful. Seems I've been ripped off."
"I too can testify to the non-existent customer service of this on-line store. I placed an order on 5 March, was charged on 6 March however 2 weeks later the order (2 switchplates) hadn't arrived. I phoned and emailed and finally received an email response 2 days later with a very vague explanation about the need to contact the "manufacturer". The following week, still no order or clear explanation so I decided to cancel the order. I requested a refund (by phone and email) but have still not heard from them. I suspect this store front is a scam!"
"BEWARE! The selection on this website looked awesome so I ordered 2 switchplates for starters and received an order confirmation right away and my credit card was charged the next day. I waited 2 weeks for a shipping confirmation, then tried to call the phone number on the site and never got a live person. I emailed orders@... and questions@... per the instructions and repeatedly asked for status. Finally got one reply that the order was due to ship the next Friday. They told me they had been waiting on the artist to send the matching screws for the switchplate. But still nothing ever arrived and I called and wrote repeatedly to ask for status and never got another email and never reached a live person. I finally filed a billing dipute with my fantastic credit card company Citibank and they are pursuing this. This is the worst - nonexistent - customer service I have received in a long long time and I would definitely STAY AWAY!!! "

The switch plate was so unique that it inspired more decorating; now the room has character. My order was put through quickly, shipped on-time, and was everything I expected it to be and more. "I purchased two switchplates before placing a large order to check quality and consistency. The two switchplates each costing $20 were extremely inconsistent - one looking like brushed steel and the other chrome. No humans to speak with and when I sent back they said they were within their parameters and they couldn't help me. Very poor product, no quality control and non existent customer service. STEER CLEAR. "
