"Not only do they not respond for days to email inquiries but no point in leaving a voicemail, they do not return calls ever. Even when they send 2 broken shipments, delay the order because they don't pay their shippers, or pick up the broken orders they drop off. Miserable customer service. If you find something on their site that is the lowest price, do yourself a favor and find it a company who will price match and order from anyone from Decor South. Some of the worst customer service I've encountered and lack of customer appreciation amazed me. Not worth the hassle or stress to save a few bucks on cost. "

I ordered a coffee table and their website says items usually ships the next day. I received my email confirmation after I ordered and that's it.

I called at least 10 times to try and check on my order as I did not receive any shipping or back order notice after a week. Each time my call went to voice mail. I doubt anyone is even there to answer the phone.

I sent them an email and finally received a response. My order had shipped but was damaged in transit by the carrier and was returned. They were going to send out another table but they no longer had any inventory and were going to have to ship from the manufacturer who was out of stock for about a week.

All of this would have been fine and I understand sometimes it happens when you order online, if they have communicated that to me at all.

Don't waste your time ordering from Decor South. Maybe you'll get your order maybe you wont but I guarantee you that they'll be no communication."

The item arrived on time as promised, but unfortunately the glass top was significantly chipped as a result of VERY rough handling by Fedex as evidenced by the mangled box. Decor South responded immediately to my request for a replacement and sent a new glass top for the table. It also arrived on time as promised. Decor South responded immediately to all email communications and handled the issue, which was a result of the carrier's lack of care in handling the merchandise, with stellar customer service. I was not required to ship the damaged glass back, only to send photos of the cracked area. I will not hesitate to shop with Decor South in the future."

The delivery representatives were very professional and courteous. They unpacked the chest, placed it where we wanted it, and assembled the drawer pulls. They then took all of the packing material with them.

"Our family bought the Wilshire round/oval dining set (includes round table, leaf for oval option and 4 chairs) as well as 2 matching kitchen counter stools; we selected this dining room set for being the shape and color we needed (antique white finish with natural pine finish on tabletop) and which was so hard to find. We found it goes perfectly with our decor; the shape of the back of the chairs is very unique and the chair seats are wide for comfortable seating. The base of the table is beautifully carved and its 4 center posts also make it distinct and appealing. It is definitely a centerpiece in our open floor plan and we've received so many compliments from family and friends already. It was also relatively easy to put together, and the price was the best one online by far! Decor South literally saved us several hundred dollars and we are most grateful! But above all we are extremely delighted with the customer service we received, from the time we received the order confirmation, to the prompt follow-up they did when they realized it was back-ordered due to its high demand (although came in sooner than expected), and when I raised a question or concern, Jeff immediately responded and provided guidance and resolution in a very professional, courteous and friendly way. Clearly, Decor South demonstrated they had our best interest in mind through the whole process, and for that, we'll look forward to buying from them again, and we've been recommending them to family and friends. "I purchased a bedroom set from Decor South on April 6th. According to the website, delivery would be about 15 days. I was told it shipped on April 16th - and payment was taken. I finaly recieved the furniture on May 23rd.

I had contacted Decor South many times for updates on the delivery and they were very responsive. Jeff, from Decor South, responded to emails within hours and seemed to be genuinely sorry for the delays, he even gave me a discount due to the issue. On the other hand, I did have issues with the fact that I didn't recieve any updates unless I contact them. It was like the furniture shipped and they no longer provided updates unless asked. Wiseway, the in haul carrier, was awful and my furniture sat in NC and WI for weeks.

Moral of the story - My furniture is amazing! I love it and it came in great condition but, I would advise that you stay on top of them for info and plan for LOTS of additional time for delivery."

"I ordered a platform bed online and once received, only 2 out of the 4 drawers came with the bed. After trying to contact them for a week and no response, I resorted to writing a complaint to the BBB. The BBB could not even contact them. We both left messages. It has been two months since I ordered. They also did not give email shipping confirmations to let you know the item was shipped. I would not recommend this company to even Osama Bin Laden. Well, He lives in caves and sleeps on rocks like golem in Lord of the Rings, so I guess it doesnt really matter to him...."
