"Please. If you aren't into just giving your money away to scam businesses. Do yourself a favor and do not order ANYTHING from this company. My son order a sunglass case using a Visa gift card. Order comes, so far, so good. RayBan case does not fit the glasses. Simple, request an RMA and send back, less 20% restocking charge. Ok, 20% is usurious, but fairly standard. We then trade emails with "Tony Russo" saying that he refuses to issue an RMA and "stop bothering me about such a meaningless amount." Customer service. Right. There are plenty of credible and reputable businesses out there. This is not one of them. Find the good ones and do business with them. DecorMyEyes is a shell business and a scam. Don't patronize them."

" In April, 2010, I sent two pairs of glasses to Decormyeyes.com with a check for $14.95 to have the temples of both pairs of glasses replaced. Four weeks later, my credit card was billed $198, and I received both pairs of glasses back. One pair was sunglasses, the other, a spare pair of glasses. Within two weeks, after wearing the spare pair of glasses a couple of times, when I picked the glasses up, the temple broke in my hand in the same exact place as before. I called customer service, and first the lady offered me a discount to get new frames. I told her I had already spent $99 to get the temples on my glasses replaced, but the weld had only lasted for a couple of wearings. She suggested I return them with a letter telling the repair shop to fix them right and replace the temples as I was billed. After they had had my glasses for another month, I called customer service again looking for my glasses. She promised to have them out by the end of the week - still no glasses as promised. I received them back the next week - welded again, no new temples as I had been charged.
I called customer service again threatening an online review about their fraudulent billing for "replacement temples". She told me to choose any glasses on the site at no charge. I chose a pair, and, at her instruction, emailed her the choice I had made and offering to pay for RX lenses. She sent me a message back, that she would give me the frame for $100 off, and the lenses for half price. Another $400 investment to replace my glasses over and above the $99 for "replacement of the temples" that were never replaced but welded on my original $450 glasses.

I would not recommend this site to anyone. They had my glasses for two months and still did not replace the temples as charged - just welded them twice. They never contacted me to let me know they were going to weld them. Then they reneged on the free pair offered to replace my glasses.

Billing me for replacement temples when they were welded constitutes fraud.

"Ordered a pair of frames to be sent to Australia.
Had difficulty finding the frame and color I wanted as they has been discontinued for about 6 months.
Before ordering I rang them (from Australia)to check availability + details of the item on their website, "No problems" they say, "In stock, we await your order".
Once they debited my credit card I get an e-mail, "...sorry that color not in stock, no longer avaialable, we offer alternate color...", I declined, then the fun began trying to get a refund. Lots of rude e-mails, such as "...stop being difficult and take the alternative color..." (gold instead of silver).
I was told I was difficult and causing problems. I told them the problem was they said they had the item in stock and they didn't or they knew they didn't have it took the order (ie: money) anyway and tried to "RAMBO" me into the color they did have.
Finally about 6 weeks later, and after much harrassment, I got a refund, about $15 less than what they charged, and I lost on the exchange rate which had varied as well.
Put the $20 loss down to experience.

"Decor My Eyes sent me the wrong glasses. The picture they posted did not correlate with the glasses they mailed to me. After explaining the situation I was rudely informed that I would only be refunded $88.00 of the $130.00 purchase. I had waited 3 weeks for the order. I then called Mr. Tony Russo and was appalled at his demeanor and total lack of professionalism. He called me back again to leave a nasty message using the "f" word repeatedly. I have saved the message and would love to know to whom I could report such outrageous behavior. The glasses are too small for progressive lens so I must return them at a loss. However, I'm not sure I would even get my refund at this point. Any suggestions? ****@****"

"Tony Russo is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. Just google "tony russo decormyeyes" and you will read so many complaints. I love how on their testimonials, they pay horrible actors, or maybe those are the employees. I'll trust the online reviews over the paid actors any day.

IF YOU WANT SUNGLASSES GO TO MBSTORES (they ship in 24-hrs - where DECOREMYEYES TAKES 72 HRS which is the amount of time it takes for your credit card to clear his bank) or suck it up and pay a few dollars more and just buy from a local retailer - KNOW WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING - Decoremyeyes does not have a clue and is out to cheat you out of your money

"On 12/14/09, I shipped a pair of my Chanel Eyeglasses that I purchased from EyeWearUs.com AKA DecorMyEyes.com back to them because they said they could install nose guards on my glasses. My eyeglasses had NEW lenses put in them when I shipped them back. The item arrived at their location on 12/14/09 and I have dozens of emails proving that they received my eyeglasses and that my glasses were in their lab for repair. Months went by and after many emails, I learned that this company has LOST my eyeglasses. They refused to help me or respond to my issue. I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company. I received a call from the owner Tony Russo at the beginning of April after 5 months of me waiting for a resolution and he admitted that his lab lost my eyeglasses. I asked for a refund of my eyeglasses and my lenses. He said he would get back to me and still has not. My dispute with my credit card company for the amount of $249.99 - the money I paid for my glasses has been resolved. But the one thing that has not been resolved is that I am out $152.60 for my new lenses. Since he lost my glasses that had my new lenses in, I am requesting that he refund me that amount. I have sent Tony many emails asking for him to resolve my issue and have not received a response. I do not know what to do at this point. I was scammed and need to get my money back. This company is a SCAM and needs to be SHUT DOWN. They cannot rip consumers off like this- its unethical and is against the law! "

"Decor My Eyes is a fraudulent, unprofessional business who stole from me in order to make a profit. This company has insulted me in every possible way; personally, ethically and professionally. The company clearly advertises and admits to 100% authentic products on its website and in its emails. I sent in RayBan sunglasses for the company to repair a chipped right lens. In the return product they sent me plastic non-authentic lenses and kept my original lenses and RayBan case. I called and spoke with the owner, Tony Russo, who yelled, cursed and repeatedly called me stupid as I tried to explain my dissatisfaction with the fake lenses. I demanded my old lenses back, but he admitted that he "botched" them and could not return them. We made an agreement that I would not contact my bank if he would send me a new pair of Ray Bans. But first I was to send back the sunglasses he just sent back to me. So I sent the sunglasses back to Decor My Eyes and had the order tracked through USPS to ensure he received the package. After he received the package, he called to tell me that I would "never, never, never" see my sunglasses again because I filed a claim through my bank and the bank charged him $35, which he now admits I didn’t do. He was extremely rude to me and continued to curse at me. Although he claims to have refunded my account, he is going to keep my sunglasses and will not return what is rightfully mine. He did not follow through with our agreement and STOLE from me. He is immature, irrational and disrespectful. His company is a fraud and he is a thief.
This issue has still not been resolved and I have every reason to believe that Tony will resell my sunglasses to somebody else and will make a profit from them. He admits to this in an email conversation. He has stolen my Ray Ban sunglasses and will not return them to me. This is not a company that deserves to remain in business, and I will do whatever it takes to ensure that it does not survive. Also, his bank charges him $35 every time someone disputes the charge to their credit card. That really makes him mad. ***Decor My Eyes is also linked with many other Internet Sunglasses scams. Tony Russo has many aliases such as Stanly Bold (that's not the only additional one though...) and Internet businesses. He just won't stop!!**** So, by VERY cautious when purchasing from another site or sending away your sunglasses. You may never see them again, and someone else will pay a lot of money for your used ones.

"I found the glasses that I liked, added them to the cart, but never checked out because found the same item for less somewhere else.
Sales rep from EyeWearUs started contacting me 4 times a day telling me that I left an item in my cart and I need to provide payment information for order to be processed.

His name is Tony Russo. And here is the latest email exchange:

"I called Decormyeyes as their webside claimed that they had a pair of sunglasses that I knew had been discontinued. With the hopes that they had stock, I called and Tony answered the phone. He told me to go ahead and order the sunglasses. I insisted that he check stock because I had been told that this item is discontinued. He then told me that in fact they were discontinued, he did not have a pair and tried selling me a different color. I told him I had to think about it. I proceeded to google the sunglasses model and another website came up Eyewearus with the information they they have this item. I called and was placed on hold for about 20 minutes. I figured it was a bad time to calle so I tried calling again later. Again I was placed on hold. Suddenly a man picked up the phone with a just "Hello" and I recognized the voice as being Tony's from Decormyeyes. I then realized that he must have another business so I told him that I had the wrong number and hung up. Seconds later Tony called me asking me what was wrong with me and what was I trying to do. I told him that I was trying to order the sunglasses. He bursted out laughing and mocking me to others in the background. He didn't stop there. He then told me that I would not find them anywhere and said "You are preety stupid".
When you call this business, it all looks very professional up to the point that someone picks up the phone. This is not a real business. I have never been insulted by anyone like this before. What a jerk. I wish I had checked these reviews before I called. I see now that he treats everyone like this.

"This company boasts “Customer Service At Its Finest” on its website and emails. I have found nothing that indicates this remark is true. I placed an order for a pair of specific Oakley sunglass as a gift for my fiancé. When the order arrived they were a different pair than I had requested. Thinking this would be an easy fix, I emailed the company requesting a refund or exchange. They responded in incomplete sentences with “this is what you ordered and this is what you got” explaining that “there is a 20% restocking fee” should I choose to return the item. Their suggestion was to use the item as a gift if it was not what I wanted. I went a step further and sent an image of the item that I ordered. They have yet to respond. I am now stuck with a pair of sunglasses that retail for about $99 when I paid $169.99 for the glasses I requested. As annoying as this process has been the fact that their dishonest claims are posted on every email did not help. I could not believe how rude and irrational this company is. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT TO GET WHAT YOU ORDER OR ANY ACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
