"Seller was great, shipping was great, and fit/ease of install was great.
The loss of stars was due to poor quality of the decal.
I ordered the matrix style, and the pics made it look brighter green and larger lettering.
The decal I received had much smaller lettering and the green was very dark. From even a foot away the decal looks black, unless you get up close to it.
Very disappointed.
Since there are no reviews on the website itself, I hope this helps someone else that may be looking for this particular decal. "
"Ordered 3 game system skins in November as I'd previously dealt with them years ago. However their quality is now excessively shoddy & service is nothing more than deliberately ripping off customers (myself included). Though I did get 2 of the skins complete the 3rd was only half there, only a top part of the skin was sent, the side & front were never sent. When I went on the site I was also offered a "coupon code" which was bogus, it was never applied to the order. After contacting their idiotic and bogus "support" I gave them the supposed coupon code including a screenshot to prove it. Instead they closed the case 3 times and ignored my requests every stinking time. Immediately after that they immediately deleted all records of my order from their records (including their shoddy website) & have since deleted my account. But they failed in that regard as I kept screenshots & emails that absolutely prove they ripped me off."

"I purchased a Microsoft Surface Book 2 asking from DecalGirl's website. I've bought skins from other sellers, and they always included a piece for the bottom exterior of the laptop. DecalGirl does not include a bottom skin, but the company makes no mention of how many pieces their sets include. Admittedly, their photos show coverage only on the top and keyboard areas, but how difficult would it be to specify that it's a 2-piece set? I feel like they've intentionally left this out so that unwitting customers like me will think their prices are better than other skin makers.
As others have mentioned, they make you pay shipping both ways if you return the skin because of their deceptive advertising. They don't even provide a pre-addressed return label. Take my advice and stay away from DecalGirl."
"My decal didn't fit so I wanted to get a return. I had to pay for the shipping myself ($7) and my refund was only the price of the decal ($9) NOT the price AND shipping ($9+$5). I should have just kept it! I basically just got $2 back. What a ripoff. "

Surprise me, when I received my first email, I checked the status of my order, was already shipped. this makes me more frustrated, sounds like they make fun of me.
I was thinking DecalGirl was the best company to my Drone and Surface skin, recommended by a lot friends in forum about Drones and Tablet, possibly is truth, but until you have a problem, in this exact moment you see they don't have/want to contact to customer after they taken your money.
For me this is a waste of time and money, $76 doesn't go anywhere but makes me sad and frustrated.
