"I orderd two new hard drive cases from them. They shipped me a new one, along with a used one with fingerprints, bent cables and damaged box. When I asked for a replacement, they pretty much gave me the middle finger. When they finally gave me a RMA number after I complained for moer than a week, they wanted me to pay for shipping and asked me to wait "a few" weeks for them to inspect the product. What's worse, they threatened to sue if I disputed the charge with my credit card. Be careful with this vendor.

EDITED: After filing a complaint to BBB, the vendor finally offered to pay for return shipping.

"Mixed feelings about Dealsonic. Prices are pretty attractive and shipping isn't too bad. I ordered two external hard-drive enclosures and a anti-static wriststrap. One of the power bricks for the enclosures was defective so I had to return it. I had to pay to ship it back to their offices because they aren't equipped to handle walk-in customers. It's not a hard thing to do... I show them the defective power brick and they get me a new one. Oh well, aside from having to pay to ship defective items back to them they're pretty good. Customer service was prompt, but automated, had to e-mail a second time to get a real person to reply. They did let me know when my replacement would ship though so that's a plus for them. Overall, not too bad to do business with, just hope nothing goes wrong. "

"Will not buy from them again! I bought over 4 items from them but never had an RMA.

In my last order, the item I purchased cannot even be powered on. Dealsonic refused to pay for return shipment of defective product. And Dealsonic requires customers to pay for insurance of return shipping. Most retailer reimburse shipment for defective products. I ended up taking a lost of $15 from my order. $5 shipping and $10 return shipping. (The product I ordered only worth about $19).

"I recently purchased 2 120mm fans with blue leds from dealsonic. When I recieved the package, the boxes the fans were in looked like they were wet and the leds on one of the fans did not work. When I went to rma the broken fan, they emailed me back and said I have to pay for shipping. Being only a fan, the shipping would be more than the value of the fan itself. Dealsonic shipped the broken product and I shouldnt have to pay to have it shipped back. I dont think anyone should buy from them unless they want to pay to send back their broken products to them."

"This was my first order from Dealsonic.com.

All in all it was a good online buying experience.
They have a LARGE selection of products to choose from, especially hard drive enclosures which was what I was looking for in particular.
Their prices are competitive with all the other big name online stores & the shipping costs as well.
I like how you can choose several different shipping options too, whether I want to pay more or less depending on how soon I need my order.

I ordered one 80-GB Hitachi SATA drive along with an IDE to USB external 3.5" HDD enclosure.
They were a bit slow to get my order out the door & on it's way... About two days. But after that, they followed up with a tracking number & shipping confirmation email. It arrived right when it was specified to arrive.

Everything was packaged very well & nothing was damaged. The box even had a "fragile" sticker on it as well.
I will definitely be ordering again from Dealsonic. They did everything an online retailer should do, & did it well.

"I've purchased twice from DealSonic.com. Both times were positive experiences. They have a wide selection of products (but their largest selection is in PC cases, which is what I purchased both times.) They give good feedback in e-mail about your order status. They are also one of the quickest shippers of all the merchants I buy computer parts from. (During the order/build process for the last two computers I've assembled, Dealsonic's package was the first to arrive both times.) Their website is good (not great) and I've never had problems using it. I've never had problems with them, so I can't speak about their customer service or technical support. So far, I'd buy from them again."
