"Purchased a supposed refurbished iphone to find out it wasn't exactly refurbished but possibly stolen. When dealfisher sold it they failed to remove the "find phone" function from the previous owners icloud. Apple told me in no uncertain terms that if the phone was truly refurbished I would never have encountered this issue. I need a proof of purchase that includes the phones serial number in order to resolve however I cannot get dealfisher to respond to me after weeks if sending messages. Now I'm stuck with a $400 paperweight because of their negligence. Buyer beware of dealfisher claim of "certified refurbished" which is pure rubbish. A reputable seller would not falsely advertise and would bend over backwards to resolve any issue no matter how small. "

"I ordered a certified refurbished iPhone 7 rose gold 32 GB. It came in I picked it up from the UPS store, I was so excited. I thought this was a good deal, the best actually. I took it to T-Mobile; it also said it was for T-mobile. They put a sims card in it, didn't work. They put another sims card, still didn't work. The man then put the sims card from his own iPhone in it, didn't work. He told us the reason was because the previous owner didn't pay the phone off and then sold it. It technically was stolen from T-mobile. DealFisher sold me a stolen phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM DEALFISHER!!! "
"Surprised they are an Amazon company. The phone has functioned as advertised...so far. The customer service has been a joke.
1. no phone number
2. responded to my email requesting a phone number with a phone number and said they are available 8am - 4pm m-f
3. Called number and got a recording telling me no one was available to leave a message
4. Voice mail was full and not accepting new messages.
5. This is the place they left to leave a review but that aren't even a member of this site.
Will not purchase from them again.
I'm crossing my fingers the phone I bought makes it a year.
