"I placed an order for a 3 pack of cozy, warm, thermal socks with Deal Genius as a gift for my daughter-in-law who just moved to chilly Pennsylvania. I thought it would arrive to her before an upcoming move. Well, it came right after their move and was delivered, per the post office. I was in contact with my daughter and she said no one knew where it was. We assumed it had been stolen off the porch since it was delivered. So I placed a new order and it was delivered with no problem. So now I've paid for them twice. I contacted my credit card company to get a return on the purchase. They contacted Deal Genius, who did nothing wrong, and it was Deal Genius who was very helpful and was trying to figure out what was going on. She called the local post office and was informed that the post office goofed and actually didn't deliver it but had it forwarded to their new address which is only 5 miles away. The post office had it actually sent out to another state and then back to their home town; she told me. She credited back the money for the first set which was so unexpected and very sweet. Shortly after this my daughter got a notice from the post office that she had a package waiting for her. It was then that we found out that the post office sent the socks out of town and back around to be delivered at their new home. She said that my daughter-in-law could pick them up is she wanted.

"Ok, so, I had a slight issue with the Post Office because they accidentally dropped and broke the item I just bought from Deal Genius! However, Deal Genius made the whole thing right for me! They re-imbursed me the cost (and shipping) of the item and whether or not they took it up with the Post Office, I don't really know. What e mail I asked? Well, she went in to say,they were all damaged and we are shipping again today,(that was 2 days ago) I guess there shipping from the moon. Good luck wasting your money with this loser! They ot mo money 10 days ago,I got nothing. Pass this on so others wont"
