"Conheci a DX por indicação de um amigo. Gostei muito dos preços e dos produtos ofertados. Fiz 3 compras na sequência, em datas bem próximas, todas no mês de setembro. Porém uma delas não me foi entregue até a data de hoje. As outras duas chegaram perfeitas, dentro do prazo, o produto exatamente como o combinado. Por isso não consigo entender o motivo de a minha terceira compra não ser entregue.
Já estamos entrando no 4 mês após a compra. E sinceramente no momento eu gostaria muito de uma solução por parte da DX. Ou da devolução do pagamento, Ou que assumissem que o produto extraviou e me enviassem outro produto.
Acho que assim subiria para 5 estrelas

"I have been ordering from DX since 2013. I find all sorts of interesting things when I wander through their webaloge. There are times when I don't need the $20 USB cable from Monster, I just need some usb cables that work and I don't care if I lose them or give them away. Most all of the products I get from DX are decent quality, the few things that are sub par are so cheap that I don't care. Overall I have been very happy with their products and quick shipping, it is as convenient as as that site named after a South American river.
The few times I have gotten something with an issue, they have been quick to respond and resolve the issue in a timely and polite fashion.
They are my go to place for all sorts of things. They should be yours too.
