One star is too kind

"Ordered a pool table. Never received,no call cannot reach them. They are basically thieves. STAY AWAY ,do not learn like I did. This is REAL do not use them."

Beware

"Ordered a $500 rowing machine through Dazadi. The only thing I received was a metal rail. (It was missing the base, pedals, and all the rest of the rower). It was not usable.

It was very frustrating attempting to get it resolved with their customer service department. They didn’t understand what I was telling them. (even though I sent pictures showing I only received one small piece of the rower)

I have already shipped it back to them since it is not operable, but still waiting on getting my money back.

Very Disappointed!

Wonderful Customer Service

"This company was amazing, from helping me with multiple questions and many calls to find the best ping pong table selection, to ordering questions. I did not receive some rackets, which was not their fault (shipping company delivered to neighbors house), and no questions asked they immediately sent me another set. They were so helpful, and I would HIGHLY recommend them. This is how customer service is supposed to look like, and is so rare to find these days."

"I ordered a ping pong table, it arrived with a missing support bar. I called and talked to customer service. They took my info, had me email them a copy of the instruction manual with a picture of the piece missing circled. I called three days later and was told the missing piece was ordered. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks, called back and talked to another customer service person. They told me the piece hadn't been ordered and they would elevate it to a manager. I waited a week without any response back and called again. The same person apologized and said they would talk to the manager and make sure my part was ordered. Another week has passed and still no replacement part or response from Dazadi. I wrote the President of the company to explain the situation to him. No response. I have tried calling the company again but they no longer pick up. The worse customer support and treatment I have ever experienced in my life by a company. "

"Bait and switch.

I ordered some Hampton dumbbells, which were rather expensive, but was shipped super cheap dumbbells, possibly Champion. Zero customer service—they never responded. They didn't even respond to the Paypal case.
