"At first I was impressed with DataPro's apparent quality and ability to customize, which is why I trusted them to supply components for a cross stud installation. However, after installation, the male ends of both of the in-wall HDMI cables they supplied broke after simply pulling them out of the back of the TV. Their response was: we are sorry but the cables broke outside of the 5-year warranty period. We can discount replacements by $12 and are sorry you need to tear apart your wall to fix the problem. Be very careful about trusting them for in-wall installations."

"I ordered a 10' DVI-D Digital Dual link cable from DataPro on June 25th. It arrived on time via FedEx. What I was impressed by was the much higher quality than what I was expecting. Gold plated pins and connector, plus a relatively large diameter cable which means lower loss and higher signal quaity. You can't buy DVI cables of this quality at Best Buy or Circuit City. I bought a much higher quality cable (10') than the (6') I was looking at from Best Buy for the same price with shipping. "

"I want to commend this company on their exemplary level of service. I ordered two DVI extender cables: one 6 ft long and the other 3 ft long. They were delivered very promptly, but I soon noticed that the display connected with the 3 ft cable was showing 'speckling', clearly due to interference in the cable of some sort. A couple of emails to DataPro later, and I was given their FedEx account number so I could ship the defective cable back to them, and for an extra $2, they upgraded that order and sent me a replacement 6 ft cable. Kudos for a speedy and efficient resolution of my problem. I've had some bad online shopping experiences of late, and I was expecting the worst (shipping at my own expense, or even a flat refusal to accept the return), but there was none of this. I highly recommended this company, and I would certainly shop with them again."
