Bad experience!

"I ordered a Muffler Heat Insulator for a 2013 Camry online and filled out the delivery address. Unfortunately, I didn't receive my order and there was no communication from DARCARS Toyota of Baltimore. Two weeks later, I called the office to inquire about the reason for the delay. The staff searched and was able to locate my order. He asked if he should resend it to the courier for delivery or I could come to pick it up, I told him I would come down to pick it up. Then I asked why it wasn't delivered to me in the first instance, he said the courier company returned it, but he didn't know why the courier never sent it out for delivery.

Upon arrival at their office, I discovered that the part was just in the transparent manufacturer plastic bag. It was not properly packed in a box for shipping hence the courier returned it to them.

DARCARS Toyota of Baltimore needs to remove the delivery option from its website because it does not provide that service. And if they manage to do so, you can expect your order to be damaged in transit due to no packaging.
