"The Eilersen sectional that we ordered arrived in filthy cardboard and the delivery people just wanted to leave it in the garage even though we paid extra for delivery to a room of our choice. They finally did put in into our great room but with a fight and insisted that it wasn't part of the deal.

"I have not yet received the super-cool stool that I ordered from the Danish Design Store on December 17th, 2015. I have contacted the Danish Design Store several times and they seemed to think this was normal. I know they make their items to order, but I was not told it would take this long. I was, however, told that the stool shipped out from Denmark two weeks after I ordered it, so I was expecting it early January. The stool didn't arrive in New York until over a month later on January 23rd. I have contacted the shipping company and they think, although they are not sure, that the stool will ship today and will be delivered on February 12th. I am not holding my breath and do not expect the stool to deliver for another month."
"I purchased a Weiss Cassius Q Deluxe Sofa online from Danish Design Store. I searched quite a bit for a quality, fashionable sofa that was also a queen size sleeper - not easy to find. I've been delighted with my purchase as I've gotten compliments on its design from those who aren't aware that it's also a sleeper and from those who have slept on it and got a great night's sleep. The original delivery had a minor flaw with one part but they expedited shipment of a replacement part at no cost to me very quickly. In particular, their Product Specialist Elli was awesome to work with throughout the process.
You'll want to carve out a chunk of time and/or get some help for assembly, but otherwise I couldn't be happier with this sofa and recommend it and the Danish Design Store very highly.
