"WARNING: Who else wants to feel completely disappointed and dumped on by "Daily Deal Digital?

This operation is completely unprofessional and inept at providing the product within a reasonable time and communication. I ordered the product, a Sony A330 on August 31, 2010. I called like 7 times to inquiry about why it was taking so long to get the camera and everyone answering the phone for the company couldn't/wouldn't provide and customer assistance whatsoever.
Finally, on September 14 I called again to find out the status of my order. They told me it was just shipped out and should arrive within 2 weeks, though they didn't have the tracking number...WTF!!
What kind of mickey mouse operation is this? These guys are garbage....no wait garbage can be turned into compost so it has some residual value. Daily Deal Digital is more like a used tampon.
I will never use them again for anything! They are WORTHLESS!! I guess I'll do a blog post next about my horrible experience with them.

"What you read is true. I placed my order in July. Got call to upgrade battery but camera had been oversold. I was told it would be available the beginning of September. I called today & was told it still wasn't available but a similar package was for just $30 more. This company smells of bait & switch and I would never recommend purchasing anything from them. STAY AWAY!"

"As everybody described I became also a victim of DDD. I bought a Canon Rebel XS for my wife as a birthday present. I don't know nothing about cameras and I excepted to purchased the "Special Package" that they had on sale. First they told me that I would get the product before my wife's birthday and came 4 days later. Even worst the sold over priced products to me. I bought and SDHC card the normally would cost $20, I paid $50, because they told me that was a Free error memory flash card..bla..bla..bla.. I just need an advice from you. I contacted my credit card company and placed a dispute process, but should I return the camera or should I wait to get the refund?"

"Waste of time. I called for a Canon 5D with lens New and he said that they had them in stock. So I placed the order and checked my credit card every day to see if they processed. 1 week passed and no charge so I called and they said the camera was over-sold so it was cancelled. But they didn't call me. I am now worried about credit card number usage in the future so I will have to change my number. They offer the lowest prices but don't care if they inconvenience you if they don't have the product."

"Purchased a Canon EOS Rebel T1i on 8/19 and a box with a camera (used; has a card in it with pics of Alex?, Alon?, Ari? The lens I ordered was not shrink wrapped; they sent the wrong card and overcharged me for that and a carrying case. I even purchased a five year insurance/repair policy.

I spoke to someone from Daily Deal everyday for a week and they lied, they told me it was being shipped in August; it was actually shipped from Boca Raton on 9/2. I told them I was calling the Attorney General and that's what got them to send me a camera they use in their warehouse? (looks like a garage or basement).

Please, if you haven't made up your mind, go to a vendor you can trust. These people are dishonest.

"I wish I was aware of this website before I ordered a Canon Ti2 body from these bozos. Placed the ordered online 8/19 and got a follow up call the next day pushing accessories and confirming the order. I was told it would ship in the next few days. They charged my credit card but a week later, nothing from them. I called to cancel the order and once my intentions were know, I got the run around which eventually ended up at a voice mail with no return call from them. I notified my bank to dispute this charge and they are handling it now. DON’T do any business with them!!!"

"I ordered a Canon 550D on 8/21/10. I was asked to call to verify. I was asked if i wanted to upgrade the battery as the original was a 20 minute battery. I declined as canon does not make a 20 minute battery. Lenses were then offered which I also declined as I already have lenses.Twice I e-mailed for a shipping date. I received another request for me to call and was told that the camera I ordered was gray market and was not available. I was offered the American version for more money but with a knockoff battery. They are just another bait and switch operation."

"Horrible! Got an e-mail confirmation the same day then a second e-mail the next day telling me to call. Called and was on hold and passed around between 5 different people and eventually they tried to sell me extra batteries and warranty. I said no and was told my order would now be processed. Six days later I got an e-mail saying they oversold the camera and they could give me a discount toward something else. This place is a total scam. Bait and switch. Do not buy anything from them. I don't know how these people sleep at night."

"I sure wish I had checked the reviews before wasting my time with this company. I ordered a Canon G11 at a great price on 8/12/10. On 8/13/10 I received an email stating that further verification of my credit card was needed. I called, and they just wanted to sell me some extra batteries. On 8/13/10 I got another email saying that my order had been processed (but the email did not include my order number or any information specific to my order). I never received any notification that my order had shipped. On 8/24/10 I called and was told to call back the next day. On 8/25/10 I called and was put on hold 4 times for a total of 20 minutes. They told me they had "overallocated" that item and it was no longer available, offered me a coupon for something else. As soon as I got off the phone with them on 8/25 they sent me an email confirming that my order had been cancelled. From the background voices it sounds like three epople sitting at desks in a room. Not a legitimate business..."

"I ordered a Cannon HF M32 HD video camera on 07/31/10 with 3 day shipping order number 3084. They said they shipped it on 08/03/10 and billed my credit card. Today is 08/24/10 and I have not received anything. I have called them numerous times and they always say they will check on the status and call me back. However, they never have. To this day they will not give me a UPS tracking number. At best they are completely incompetent at worst they are crooks."

"I placed my order for a Nikon d5000 camera for my daughter for college. I did it on July 31. I had to call on Aug 2 to verify if they received my order because I never received any response. I got thru to a salesperson who tried to sell me more accessories. I declined. I got an email stating that the order had been processed. I had to call today August 16 to find out where my camera was. I was told it was oversold and won't be available until another 3 weeks. What??? Needless to say I cancelled the order. NEVER AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE!"

"My shopping experience with this company was a complete disaster. Every step of the way I was misinformed, delayed and keep out of the information s=chain. The merchandise I received was not what was ordered and they made it very difficult for me to get the correct merchandise. I was overcharged for low quality 'knock-offs' of what was ordered and only after repeated emails and phone calls did I ever get my entire order filled. NEVEDR AGAIN!"

"This company is a total SCAM!!! They are running a bait and switch operation. I ordered a camera two weeks ago. I was sent an email to phone the company to verify shipping information. I was given a sales pitch to buy more camera equipment. I declined. It was the most unprofessional conversation I should have suspected a scam right then. However, I was sent a confirmation that the order was processed. Waited, waited...no camera. Called today...oh...surprise surprise the camera is not available!! I read other reviews that gave similar stories. BELIEVE US - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THES COMPANY!! I will be reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau today. I recommend others do the same. "

"DO NOT TRUST THEM

I ordered the Nikan D90 SLR camera and was waiting to get it deliverd before I leave the country. I even emailed them after 13 days to check the status and no one responded and I decided to call them and on phone they said they dont have the inventory and will not be able to ship it.

Now I am going back to my country and have no time left for another camera. Folks would suggest to search a better vendor and think twice before ordering with these guys.

You can contact us in many ways: On-line, by phone, via fax, No matter which method you choose, you will find our Customer Service Staff to be concerned, knowledgeable and helpful. Remember, we are not satisfied until you are.”

The above motto your site states is a joke - I am thoroughly disgusted with your company and manner of doing business. I placed an order for a SONY Handy Camcorder HDR – CX550V on July 12 and your order desk reassured me that the camera would arrive at my destination in 2 to 3 days as I paid an additional charge for UPS delivery ($39.00). The order was processed (checked with your files) only to be told that the order was cancelled when I was on my holidays (July 17- 24) waiting for the camcorder to be delivered. Apparently, you do not value you your customers and can cancel orders at will leaving me at a disadvantage and not being able to order the camera from another dealer during my stay, as I did not find out about the cancellation until the end of my week’s holiday. This is an extremely poor way of doing business and I do not understand why the order was not cancelled the day after it was placed which would have allowed me to order the item from another dealer.

I know this will fall on deaf ears but you are a terrible company to deal with. I have ordered from mail order companies for many years (at least 20 plus years) and this is the first time this has happened to me and utterly spoiled my entire holiday. Obviously you do not want or need business especially during these economic times.

A very disgruntled and unhappy customer.
