"Horrible experience to say the least. I purchased a logic board back in september, had it installed by Apple service center only to find out it was DOA. Contacted them and they said there would be a 25% restck fee for all returns. I think that is fine, if the item is returned working but this item was dead. I explained to them that it was not right to charge me the fee for a dead logic board. After 10 or 20 emails, they finally agreed to refund the total amount. Today is November 8th, almost 3 months later, I finally got my refund. Very slow to resolve this issue. Otherwise, they took care of the problem."
