"Although I was charged for this product, it never arrived at my home even after repeated communications with DVD Legacy. Eventually, customer service emailed me saying someone would contact me regarding a refund. This was two months ago, and I have heard nothing. I have emailed to ask the status of the refund, and I have received no reply."

"I ordered 2 stargate SG-1 DVD's on July 17. It is now currently September 09 and the Seller cut off contact more than a week ago. My last e-mail from them was on August 31 Which stated.
Dear Customer,

"This situation has been forwarded to a supervisor and they will have a solution very shortly. We will e-mail you as soon as it is provided.
Regards,
DVDLEGACY"

However I have still not recieved any e-mail from any of them even after two e-mail attempts. Anyway
All I have to say is that I won't be doing business with them ever again. I suggest to everyone else to just spend the extra few dollars or so and buy it elsewhere from a more reliable vendor. Sure some people who order from DVDlegacy.com get thier stuff, but it seems like 50% or more people have problems with them. And if something arrises don't count on them being very helpful. Even the risk of this all occuring again for paying half for a DVD is not worth it in my opinion. I've been stuck in limbo not being able to order the show I want that I am expecting them to send out.

"I ordered The DVDs over a month ago and I still don't got'em. If they are out of stock they will take your money and sit on it, spend it, or whatever anyway. Now, I have to call my credit card company and reverse the charge."

"I ordered my product on 19 April 2004, nearly a month later I still haven`t received it. I have queried this nearly 10 times on different days - they don`t like responding to emails. Their customer service attitude stinks - I hate ignorance. I won`t be shopping with these guys again and would hope you wouldn`t either. I`m currently looking at legal action against them."

"Horrendous, unprofessionally slow shipping. Item did not go to shipper until 12 days(!) after order was placed online. Autoresponder for all emails, no personal assistance whatsoever. If you read their feedback on amazon.com, you'll find that over 10% (which translates to over 2,000 orders) were late or never shipped. This vendor should be avoided until he gets his act together."

"Prices were excellent, I bought the Ken Burns Box Set on the civil war, which retails for $129. They had it for $83, plus shipping, came to around $91. Got it in time for christmas, brand new, factory sealed. Their site wasnt fancy, but it worked fine. Large selection."
