It is my understanding that UPS tried unsucessfully three times to deliver this computer battery to my daughter at college while she was away, and has shipped it back to you. Once you receive it, can you please re-ship to my daughter's address below?

"I found a battery for my laptop with these guys and they were cheaper by 30 to 60 dollars than a lot of other sites, some big names. I also needed a replacement AC adapter for the same laptop. They didn't have the exact model number, and didn't have any info about compatible replacements. I trie their customer service number three times. All three times I got a message about "unusually high call volume" and to try back in ten minutes. I found the info I needed elsewhere and decided to place my order anyway. I placed my order (6/8/09) and was redirected to a confirmation page. I didn't receive an email confirming the order, or with an invoice. I would have liked that. The next day (6/9/09) I received an email with my order number and the UPS tracking number. I chose UPS 3Day Express. My battery and replacement A/C Adapter came 6/11/09.

All in all, a very positive experience. I was a little concerned about not being able to get through to customer service, and didn't like that I didn't receive a confirmation email right after placing my order. I would order from these guys again in the future.

"I chose DSMILLER.COM to purchase a leather camera case for my wifes new Exilim. Case for this camera only fits this camera and DSMILLER.COM showed a nice red leather one in stock. I ordered on 1-16-07, two and a half weeks ago. A week went by & not even an order confirmation email from them. I contacted them to see what was up. They said they always send confirmation emails and I must have missed it. (Wrong) That evening I received the confirmation email. Next day another email from them announcing the case was backordered and I should expect it in a week. Now, another 10 days later still no case so I called again and was told I should wait another week. The customer phone rep confided in me that they get deliveries weekly from Casio but they don't have a clue what is included in each delivery. Sounds to me like they inventory truckloads of overstock and store returns and they only get what their suppliers need to get rid of each week. Not a good way to run a catalog business. The case is now a belated gift so I am canceling my order to buy one directly from Casio. I can't recommend doing business with DSMILLER.COM."

" My battery was delivered to the wrong address by UPS.
When I asked DSMiller for a refund, I was told, I would have to wait until the "order was located."
They are refusing to refund my money for something that is entirely between their company and UPS.
I would never do business with this company again....
I have a series of emails between myself and DSMiller.com for anyone interested.

"I ordered a "PureAV AP41300-12 Home Theater Power Console with Phase 6 PureFilter and 13 Programmable Outlets" on December 22, 2005. Their web page said that this item was "in stock". A couple of days later, I get an e-mail stating that this product was "backordered". When I inquired about the approximate date that this item would be in, I was told that they would receive a new shipment on 2/1/06. I wasn't real happy with this, but I decided to wait it out. Well, on 1/31/2006, I get another e-mail stating that my order has been cancelled. When I replied to the e-mail to find out why my order was cancelled, this is what I was told: "The manufacturer is delaying these and significantly increasing prices so we are unsure at this point what the new details will be." So, it sounds to me that, even though I had already made the purchase for the price that they had listed, their price went up, so they were not going to honor my purchase.

I really don't see how they can do this, legally, so I will be looking into this further. What's really crazy is the fact that they still have this same item listed on their website for the exact same price that I ordered it for.

"I bought 2x Sony (compatible) PD170 batteries which were advertised as 6000mAh but when I received them later (good communication, good speed) they were actually 5400mAh (which is a lower capacity, meaning the batteries will not last as long as the listing stated) I complained and they handled it perfectly:

"I ordered two batteries for my two Nokia 918 phones. The batteries arrived in good condition, but no combination of five chargers and two phones, all Nokia original equipment, would charge either battery. I called customer service, spoke with "Toby," and described the problem. He issued me an RMA, and I returned the batteries at my expense. DS Miller promptly credited the purchase price of the batteries to my credit card, less the original shipping charge."
