Several crystals had fallin off even before I opened the package.
Over a weeks use over 50 more crystals fell off.
I emailed the company. They sent me extra crystals and glue rather then just sending me a new case. Meaning now I had to try to figure out how to properly rebuild my case myself.
$200 on a phone case and here I am reglueing it after a week. Nope. Crap!"
