UPDATE!!!: I finally received my order on 12/15/13 (but apparently was delivered on 12/13)
Apparently, the package ships all the way from Hong Kong and there tends to be airport delays at times so you may want to take that into consideration as you order."

"Gems fell off immediately on putting the case in my iPhone 5s when i contacted DS styles they refused to replace the faulty item and only offered to send me glue and gems in two weeks time. Totally unacceptable to pay £140 for a case that's unusable with a worthless warranty that you have to repair yourself before you use it. Would not recommend and would not buy again. Sorry DS Styles but lousy customer service you have lost a customer that was about to purchase more cases I will definitely look elsewhere. "
"I am very happy with my experience shopping with DSStyles. There had been a glitch where I was charged for the wrong item and I immediately contacted customer support about this issue. They were quick to respond and confirm the issue and my actual order and refunded me for the difference. I got my phone within the time range they gave, 12 days after shipping had been confirmed.
