"DPH Arms was one of only a few places that even had the items I needed. I placed my order around 8am, and received an email that my items where shipped by 11am. I then received a second email with the tracking info a couple hours later, doesn't get much better than that!"

"Yeah.... Avoid this seller. There are many other retailers out there who actually know how business is conducted. These fools are inept. No communication. No working phone number. I will be surprised if they are in business a year from now."

"I placed my order on 11/6/09. Received email notice on 11/9/09 saying my item would be shipped "with the next day shipment" and that my order status was being changed to "shipped." By 11/16/09 I still did not have my order, so inquired via email about status. Received automated email response below:
"Thank you for taking the time to send us an email. We get 100's of emails each day and it has gotten to the point that we just cannot keep up. Please call us on our toll free number so we can assist you quicker. That number is ***-***-****"
So I called the number - busy. Called again later - left voice message with my order number, my phone number and a request to be called back with status. I tried calling again on 11/17/09 and got only busy signal during business hours and left voicemail after hours indicating I wanted to cancel the order and would be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge. I never got a call back or an email indicating what the problem was, and of course, never received my merchadise. I will never attempt do business with this company again and would advise others to avoid them as well.
There are plenty of other online retailers who know how to treat customers and respond to inquiries. DPH Arms is not one of those.
