The next day I wake up after ordering it I get an email saying that my orders been refunded because they accidentally posted the game for free... I bought the game with the last 5 dollars I had left in my bank account, the money won't be refunded in time for me to get my son a birthday present, not to mention he has autism so he'll be extremely upset about this... Dkoldies ruined my autistic son's birthday."

"I've made two orders so far and have been extremely happy both times. I just ordered two SNES and two NES games and chose free shipping and the games arrived extremely fast and in excellent condition. My first order was a NES game and while it arrived making a rattling sound (classic issue- when you move it around you hear a little piece or something loose and rattling) it works perfectly fine and Rob was very nice and quick to respond and offered to receive the game back and fix the rattle for free or issue a store credit. Since the game works I took the credit. The prices seem to be in line with and usually a little better than the other online companies and they offer an incredible 120 day warranty. That's a third of a year! And unlike some of those other companies DKOldies does NOT put inventory stickers on their games. I hope to make many more orders from them and would definitely recommend them for the purchasing of NES and SNES games. Very awesome!"
"I had ordered a gaming system from DK Oldies and had to cancel the order. It had not shipped yet. Called and talked to Rob and emailed Scott. No trouble reaching either of them. Both were very professional and I had no trouble cancelling the order and my money was refunded to my credit card immediately. No problems with this company."
"Careful if you buy here. After they sent me a dead unit, Rob informed me I was responsible for sending the unit back on my own. Since I had to pay extra just to get the unit back for testing (which should have been done in the first place) I then just said to refund my order since he did not send out a working unit. Rob informed me there ARE NO REFUNDS!! So its the customers fault for ordering a dead system, huh? Very professional. My choice is a store credit, or costing me more money to send him his dead system back for an exchange. This is not quality assurance or customer service. I will never return to DKOldies for future business."
