"Very Very Very dissapointed. Lies, lies and more lies. It is now november and the only 2 lines they could come up with is "it is on back order" and "will be here in 2 weeks". i have had more headache dealing with this company than i had in 10 years. joe"

"Customer service and support is virtually non-existent. There is no telephone number listed on DJ Mart's website and communication through email is futile to say the least. They are professional at giving great lip service but there is no follow through and what they may communicate is not to be believed. "

"I ordered 10 speakers on 6/23. The purchasing experience went smoothly but after repeated requests both by email and phone (had to search for the phone # as it is not listed on their website) I finally recieved tracking numbers about an hour after the product arrived almost two weeks after it was ordered. The speakers were not what I ordered even though the correct product was displayed on the invoice. The speakers were shipped back the next day with the promise that replacements would be shipped as soon as UPS provided a tracking number for the returned speakers. As of today 7/20/06 I have not recieved the correct speakers or any kind of shipping confirmation despite several more calls and emails."

"I purchased a Midi keyboard from this company. First they give say you can negotiate the price with them, but their initial price is way higher than everyone elses, so when u negotiate all you do is bring their price down to what others are selling the product for.

I have waited 5 weeks now and they said they had the product in stock and I would get it within 2 days since I paid for the UPS shipping, then every week after it was some dumb excuse blaming the manufacturer saying the manufacturer had it on backorder and they would definitely have it the next week as they had already put in the order at the manufacturer. Then the next week, same excuse again, never taking any of the blame always blaming the manufacturer. Other stores I have spoken with have ordered the same product since them and have already gotten it, but all I get from them is excuses every week. So after a week one of them says do you want to cancel and I say no, you already charged my card and she goes "no we didn't charge you we just did an inquiry of the card, that's all". So I tell her I am looking at it right now and you DID charge my card. So she promises me faithfully, the manufacturer has already sent it to us and it will be here in a few days and we will be shipping it to you next week Wednesday. So I say can you e-mail me the tracking number. She goes sure you will get an email from me Wednesday. Wednesday comes and goes and still no e mail, so I go back on the live chat and hear the same excuses again. A few weeks later, I finally cancelled the order (Feb 15th) and they said I would have my money back on my card no later than 3 business days (note. now they are saying I would have my money back when they previously lied and said they didn't charge my card). Three business days later and still no money, so I go onto their live chat to discuss it with them and they hang up on me, TWICE... At this point, I am just inches, inces away from reporting them to the Better Business Bureau...

Please also note that I was supposed to have this in 2 days, 5 weeks have now passed and they never contacted me once to say the order was delayed. So I would have been waiting all this time wondering what had happened to the stuff had I not had the sense to go back on the live chat, they never contacted me or offered any communication, they were going to let me sit here like a fool and wait all this time wondering what had happened. VERY BAD COMPANY, VERY BAD, do not do business with them, the customer service sucks...I know all of the names of the people who work here who lied to me also, because I always ask what is your name and it is the same people lying to me over and over...

"I was initially informed the item I ordered was in stock; six weeks later it has not shipped. My contacts with customer service have resulted in pre-scripted excuses for the delay and multiple estimated ship dates that pass without any activity taking place."

"I searched about the Internet for the newly-released Sennheiser PC165 headset, and came up with only a handful of stores in the US. I saw prices ranging from 100 pounds to US$250.

I stumbled upon DJMart in my search, and they had the list price as $200, but it was going for $150. So that alone was admirable -- that they could have such a new product out, at an already reduced price.

But it gets better -- they have a feature whereby you can actually negotiate the price (either via email, or via live chat)! So I chatted with Joey for a while, and after going back and forth with a few prices for a while, let's just say that I was quite pleased with the results. I was able to get the already-discounted headset at an even LOWER price!

I really am very impressed with the service and the price I was able to get today, as well as just the availability of this product. Whenever I'm in the market for pro audio devices, I will certainly make DJMart a part of my "must-shop" list.
