"DJ Deals website was easy to navigate. I easily found the headphones I was looking for. After checking other sources I confirmed that DJ did have the best price, so placed my order and within a few days received the shipment. Both DJ's service and the headphones are every bit as good as they claim. I'll be back. "

"I ordered a pair of headphones from djdeals.com on feb 22, got an email from them saying the HP's i ordered were delayed by 5-7 business days, which was fine, i could wait another week even though their website said item was in stock.
A week later i asked if my order had shipped and they said not yet and that it would ship at the end of the week,this was on feb 29.
March 7th and still no headphones so i went ahead and asked them for a refund. The extra star is for the quick refund.
Will not be doing business with dj deals again.

"I was excited to find the lowest prices at djdeals for an odyssey case and an Akai Eie Pro. The odyssey case arrived fast and the Akai product was a preorder item but the website did not specify when it would be sent, so I decided to send them an email asking when it would be shipped, over the course of about 4 weeks I sent out probably 5 emails and got no response. I decided to cancel the order, but the ironic thing is that when I sent the email about the cancellation I immediately received a response.
So they have the best prices that you can find but as for customer service it is the worst.

"When I ordered my headphones, I go them delivered in a timely manner and the product was packed well and not damaged. I was happy with that. However, I placed a pre-order for a Numark Ipad DJ console for 300.00 that you had published on your site and then after a week, I was told that my order was cancelled because you made a pricing mistake on your website. When I told your rep via email that I would have to rethink ordering from you and that I may report you to the better business bureau and attorney general I got an email with the policy attached to read and a very snide remark where I was told to read the policy and "enlighten" myself. I dont appreciate being talked down to and if t his is the caliber of your customer service, then I will never do business with your company again. I can find a "DJ Deal" elsewhere. "

"This is undoubtedly the most pathetic, disgusting, unprofessional company I’ve ever had the massive misfortunate of dealing with. I ordered thousands of dollars in P.A. gear Oct 12, on Oct 13th they took my money (this is the first company I’ve ever dealt with that takes your money, before anything is shipped). On Oct 14th they told me that the equipment was NOT in stock and they had no idea when it would be in stock. I cancelled my order immediately per their instructions (I have documented proof of this), and ordered the gear from a much more professional retailer. DJDEALS did not give me my money back. Instead, they waited 2.5 months and sent the equipment to my door without my knowledge. DJDEALS did NOT send me an email stating the shipment was on route and I had ordered the exact same items from another company. When the shipment arrived at my door, I thought it was the other company, turns out it was DJDEALS (and I cancelled this order). Not one single label, sticker, note, nothing on the packages indicating it came from DJDEALS. I signed for them, only to find out it was the shipment I cancelled. They made me pay to have them returned at $1,081.32 out of my pocket. This company is run by very shady people, be very, very aware if you’re purchasing anything from them. And lastly, they do NOT have a phone number, you cannot talk to a single person there. I cannot express how disgusted I am with DJDEALS, they need to be exposed and shut down. DJ DEALS has responded above, stating that accounts are billed when items are shipped. I have bank statements showing they charged my account on Oct 13, 2011, then sent the items 2.5 months later. You be the judge. "

"Pre-Ordered a product on 1/22 for $300.00.
Was advised on 2/29 that the new price from the MFG was $500 and order cancelled.
I requested them to honor $300 or meet me in the middle at $400. Both were refused.
Shame on DJ Deals and Numark. Now that interest is up and pre-order volumes are high, the price gets inflated by over 65%? Not a respectful way to do business at all!

UPDATE: DJ Deals responded calling me ignorant and unintelligent! Wow! Ok, so what I wrote was 100% factual, and even offered to meet them half way, and that's the response? I think the source of the ignorance is obvious. Would anyone else be upset? Then replying with T&C's... I actually sided with DJD in the email chain, and said they should have some recourse with Numark. Whatever, I know who not to recommend or do business with going forward. Thanks for the insults.
