"I don't know where all these good reviews come from because I am frustrated beyond belief right now!!! they took my money two days ago and all they keep saying is the camera is not in stock and they need to do a back order and it will take 2 to 3 weeks.. well I'm NOT into waiting! and I don't understand their website having 8 pages of camera stuff but only shows 14 items that are in stock! they have already told me that the next camera I picked out that showed it WAS in stock, is in fact, NOT, so I can only assume the other 13 items are not either.. what a SCAM!!!! "I purchased an allegedly NEW Sony Cyber-shot camera. It came in an unmarked white box. The instruction manual that came with it looked like it was photocopied. It took 30 days to get my product from the time of order. Then they send me a email stating they will give me a 2 year warranty if I leave a good review. I will not use this merchant again and I do not recommend them. Below is the message they sent me on 8-2-2011
