"I ordered this trundle for my daughter to match her bed. It arrived and we stored the box unopened for a couple of weeks until we had time to assemble. Upon opening the box (well within the 30 days to report an issue) we discovered it was damaged and could not be assembled. The corners of the pieces were crushed. I called Cymax and the automated system directed me to email ****@**** since it was a residential purchase. Two emails were sent, each a week apart, with photos of the damage and a request for how to proceed for replacement or refund. Honestly we'd just like the trundle intact. No response or even an acknowledgement of our request was been received nearly two weeks later and we couldn't even navigate questioning CS on their website as trying to log in results in Runtime application errors. Eventually we did receive an email back and they issued a return tag and a full refund. "
