It was the weekend and their answering service was courteous but could not specifically help me. So, it wasn't until the following Monday that a rep from CycloCamping called. He was courteous and helpful and even, after several days, corrected my order and gave me the sale price that had expired the day I messed up ordering. My order showed up several days earlier than the expected (estimated) delivery date and was as described in perfect condition.

Because of this apparent attempt to influence reviews, I cannot give a full positive rating. In fact, I believe this interference warrants a significant review penalty.
