This Company ****

"I ordered my part through them on May 1st. Today is the 15th. No part. Called 2 times and customer service states that it us stuck with Post office and they want do anything about it for 14 days of it being stuck. Really, 3 days max to get to N.C. they **** at customer service. My first time ordering from them and my LAST. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE."

"Been waiting over 3weeks for my parts , no response to emails , constant phone calls got through once to be told they would look into my order and call me right back ,never happened ...no shipping details , no nothing , have $148.00 **** with no parts and no answers , not a happy camper !"

Awful Service

"I placed an order on October 25, 2018. Part of the order came in early November. I sent two emails with no response. They do not show any phone number on the website, order confirmation or the invoice with the partial shipment, so I could not call until I found a number on my credit card statement. I called Nov. 21, 26 and December 12, 2018. Every time I was told we will send it out, it just wasn’t in from the factory. I kept asking for email confirmation that it shipped, never happened. I asked for the manager or owner. I got Eric, who assured me he would see what the problem is and will call back in 30 min and send an email confirmation. He lied. NEVER, EVER USE THIS LYING CHEATING COMPANY!!! Call your credit card company immediately to dispute any improper charges."

Returning failure

"I ordered too many hinges for my Polaris and emailed and called for a return. My error and willing to eat a 20 percent restocking fee. I emailed and received a rude response. I sent the hinges back and they were returned to me as they refused to accept the shipment. A small bubble envelope. I'm now out for $75 due to incompetent customer service. "

Flushed money down the drain

"Ordered my part - had the make and model correct: the picture online even matched. Received the wrong part. Spent 10 minutes on hold to be told that I received the right part. It took me some time to get to the return (because I work for a living and am a busy individual) only to learn that I waited one day too long to return the part. Now I'm out thirty bucks and have the wrong part. Thanks - I just adore wasting my money on the wrong ****. "

Great experience ordering from Cycle Parts Nation! and Kelly!

"I have been working with Kelly Ritter for a couple weeks now, and she does her job and does it well!, I don't receive 1 sentence answers I receive full explanations of whats going on, I had previously ordered a few parts and I have a new 2017 CBR1000RR and it is a bit confusing ordering parts and after I received the wrong color part from Honda she Quickly rectified the situation! and I have my new correct part! I don't know why all the negative reviews the parts are @ 40% off compared to my local Honda store! so Kudos to Kelly and Cycle parts nation! I am a Sales manager and run Autobahn USA in MA, and let me tell you the customer service business it difficult!!! "

unprofessional conduct and no emails answer

"I dont what they thinking, i bought parts for my CRF250 2013 and i add insurance, i received my parts with 2pc are not for my bike and 1 item missing, i took pictures of the items and i sent them emails many time but they didn't bother them self to answer till now?!?! what the hill is going on why should i take this stupid mistake."

Yamaha XT250 Fender Replacement

"In only 2 working days time, I had a perfect new front fender for my 2015 Yamaha XT250. The fender was perfectly wrapped in soft material and surrounded by a lot of soft packaging material and arrived in a strong box that was the correct size for the shipment. The total cost was $28.25 for the fender and shipping. I am pleased and I won't hesitate to order from this site again."

Can't count and don't buy decals from them

"I have mixed feelings about these guys. They assisted pretty quickly pre-sales but very difficult to deal with post-sales. I ordered several items for my arctic cat. This included plastic peaces and decals (stickers). The just put all the stickers loosely in the same box and they were all bent. They also missed (didn't incl) 3 decals. Now I called them to tell them of the damaged decals and they said to send pics. I put the decals under some books to help them flatten. Unfortunately 2 were creased. It is visible in the pics I sent them and they said to deal with it. That arctic cat would have shipped it the same way. This is no true by the way. I have ordered from them before and they are well packed. I would recommend them for the plastic parts but not any decals (stickers). Shipping was fast on there end. just too bad someone (picker/shipping) can't count."

Not interested in customer service

"Ordered a bunch of Seadoo parts ($300 worth) and this is not my first go round with them.... Sent me a mirror housing that came with the mirrors (unexpected surprise) can I send mirrors back- yes but 20% restock and return shipping. Can I send this switch back that looks right in the parts fiche but not in real life (brand new unopened) nope... Electric parts. I'm done. Never again. "
