"We came to the store to get my girlfriend a riding jacket. We live in Mobile AL with a store here, but it’s smaller. So we tracked down there to find a great selection, but horrible service. There were three employees there and only one of them even said hello. We were offered no help or advice and only after we went to the front desk and ask did someone help us.
The Pensacola store has a great selection, but the Mobile store always has incredible service. I’ll probably just order everything from the Mobile store next time. "
