"Unfortunately there aren't many motorcycle shops open around me so I was happy to see that you guys were open and only 2 cities away. I went into buy some oil and a filter for an oil change. I asked the cashier what was best for my bike and how much I should buy, she suggested the gallon. Above the register it said best prices guaranteed, so I showed her a cheaper price for the gallon that was $63 and said she couldn't match it but could give me a discount that would lower it a bit. That was fine, she threw in a store ad with my oil and filter. On my way home I decided to look at it and see that there's a promotion for the same oil and some other goods that come with a few more things for a cheaper price! Ridiculous. She didn't even offer it. Seriously considering not going to that store again."

"The associate was very welcoming When entering the store. She asked a few open ended questions to assess what I was in need of. She walked me to the gloves, gave a few recommendations based on my preferences and wants. She allowed me to look around and offered for me to ask her any further questions if I needed to make my selection. After picking out a pair, she offered additional items that might tie into my needs. Other items I did ask for she took the time to look them up and checked if they had it stock. The items were not available, but she did offer options like ordering them. She also took the time to register me I to the reward program. Overall she was very personable, attentive, and friendly. 10/10 in service. "
