"Went in to have a tire swapped that I purchased from another place. Waited for 2 hrs they said they may or may not get it done that day but it wasn’t the issue. He came out said I don’t have a tube for your tire I can’t do it. I had already went and found the tube on the shelf. So then he argued for a min that it wasn’t right then said he would try but didn’t think it was right. Said 30 min he would know almost an hour later he couldn’t get the tire on I left for work came back the next day it was on got home to realize it was on BACKWARDS.it’s a directional tire. So I call back they said it would be at least 3 days before someone could re install the tire the right way. So I went back 3 days later and it was put on properly. But after 6 trips up there 1 hr from my home each way I spent 6 hrs driving and a total of 3 in the store. But even after the mess up no discount nothing. I did get an I’m sorry. But that was it "

"I purchased a pair of heated gloves last winter. One of the gloves stopped working on a trip recently. I called cycle gear in mobile al. To ask about warranty. The young man answering the phone wasn’t familiar with the warranty. I’m assuming he was new. I overheard him asking someone about the warranty on HAND WARMERS. Not gloves. I explained to him again it wasn’t hand warmers. He then told the person he was asking “This dude is wanting warranty on glove liners” I explained again it wasn’t liners or warmers but gloves. I ask to speak to someone else. After a while another person came to the phone and said they had only a 90 day warranty. When I purchased the gloves I was told it was a 2 year warranty. I told the man on the phone I thought it had more warranty than that. He said he would look it up and call me back which he never called me back. I looked up the warranty and called the store back and explained the warranty to them. I then took my gloves to the store and had the gloves warranties. "
