"I don't write too many reviews but could not ignore the fantastic customer service my son and I experienced at Cycle Gear. Over a couple of visits we purchased modular helmets, disc locks, tool bags, USB adapters and even had a tire change. From the Manager to at least three other employees I could not have asked for better customer service. We weren't left to wander around but were quickly helped with helmet fitment and questions regarding certain products, and we even shot the breeze about riding. These guys and gal all ride and it was one of most pleasurable visits to a cycle shop. Been riding 40 years and this shop is the real deal, great job!

"I had been down the street, at another MC shop, and I had been to Cycle Gear in Chula Vista recently. The last time I was there the staff was very courteous, not pushy, and when they didn't have just what I was wanting they were more than accepting of the no sale. But this time, again they were very courteous and helpful. They didn't have the size and type of helmet that I wanted, but the CSR took it upon himself to suggest a different style because of the shape of my head. The one I tried on was not fitting right even though it was the size I wanted. He came out with a very similar style, on sale, and one size larger. When I tried it on, I was sold. That other store wanted 3-4X the price for any helmet.
I've shopped at Cycle Gear several times and I always seem to find just what I'm looking for at a price I can live with. I'll be back.
