I purchased a jacket that was a size to small returned it and in 3 days the return was completed. I shop Cycle Gear often and never had any problems with there products. For my riding gear Cycle Gear has it all so I don't have to shop elsewhere. Sometimes before I make a purchase I usually call there customer service for advice when I'm not sure of an item.
