Taped it up to get back to the house and put her on the rack, cleaned the cv boot and inspected the entire boot.finding a small half inch Knick in boot where it transitions from the hub . I called your local store and after spending a half hour mostly on hold I was told to remove it and send it back for complete refund. That’s all fine and dandy but I am going to charge an hours worth of of shop rate for removing the defective boot with axle included.

"Was in the market for a new helmet. Did some research online and found a lower price. The retailer with a lower price satisfied all the conditions in Cycle Gear Price Matching. Notice the last condition CG lists is "All price match requests are handled at the sole discretion of Cycle Gear." This allows them to reject price matching on a whim. That's what happened to me. I was told the price I found was too low. LOL! Having a price guarantee listed and behaving like CG did makes you wonder what is the point of having a price guarantee. LAME!!!!!
