"It's now been over 30 days and I cannot get a Return Authorization nor any response from the company. never did even get an invoice, on line or otherwise. I shipped the items back to the third party shipper with a signature requested and plan to protest the charge on my charge card. This place is a rip-off.
Be SURE you're ordering what you want - they charge 15% to return anything! I was going to see if they had what I really intended to order, but after paying 15% for the priviledge, I'll never shop here again!
Also, it's been five days since I received my order and I still haven't gotten an invoice. "
