"I was astounded by the computer I bought from CyberpowerPC. I bought a high-end laptop intended for usage as a good gaming computer and a really good digital artwork computer. It's done fantastic.
The site is complete and fairly straightforward. One con is those not familiar with computer parts may find the buttons confusing, but I think the staff will walk you through building a computer. Also, the system allows complete customization and checks to make sure it will work great. To sweeten the deal they often throw in bonuses. I got a six dollar keyboard, and a free mouse and headset. That would probably cost me like $150 elsewhere. Plus some other bonuses.
The shipping took a REALLY long time, that is a con. I suppose this is because they seem focused on cutting cost wherever possible, which resulted in me waiting weeks to receive my computer. My brother bought from another company and they had it to him in a day. However, buying my laptop from said company would have cost twice as much, and that was the big turning point for me. This computer was WAY below what I thought it would be.
The quality is incredible. This computer runs smoothly, without bugs. Solid case construction, heavy ports, it weighs a bunch but when it's sporting two hard drives and all that it's kind of impossible not to. I've only experienced a little lag running extremely high-powered programs. The wireless card is fantastic and internet games run perfect as long as you've got enough internet bandwidth.
All in all, an amazing computer. I'm super happy."

"I recently received my CyberpowerPC, Model: SLC8200BSTV10, from Best Buy's online store. It's impressively fast, equipped with an ASRock 790Z-C Motherboard and T-FORCE DELTA DDR5 6000Mhz memory. However, despite having three drive bays, I was disappointed to find that there were no SATA cables included to mount my two SSD drives, especially considering the price point. Nonetheless, the internal power cables were present. Initially, I encountered an issue with the bottom USB ports not functioning, which was resolved after updating the drivers.
The CyberpowerPC keyboard (KB-161-104) and mouse (Elite M2, MO-131-392) feature vibrant RGB LED lighting, which adds a playful touch to the setup. Unfortunately, no instructions were provided on how to customize the lighting. After some online investigation, I found that to change the keyboard's lights, it's FN + 1 through 0, with FN + "+ or -" adjusting brightness. Additionally, the keyboard conveniently includes a dedicated key for turning off the lights. However, I couldn't find a solution for turning off the mouse lights.
Lastly, if you're planning on transferring a 3.5” hard drive or 2.5” SSD from another PC, remember to purchase SATA cables separately for a smooth installation process."
