"Bass was listed as new but was lightly used case was definatley is used condition. It was a good buy and shipping was fast, however it was not as listed. Looking at some of the feedback I would say the cse thing is pretty regular with these guys."

"They sent a item, poorly packaged. It arrived broken. They failed to insure it, even though I paid extra for shipping. They Expected me to swallow the loss, and offered the $100 that came at no charge with the shipping. Getting a $700 smashed item and $100 for your trouble is not my idea of customer service. They went as far as Emailing profanities when I said I would not accept the item back. Please feel free to Email me as I kept all the correspondance. ****@****
Only consillation was my credit card company refunded my money but who needs that hassle from a supossed legit company.

"Seller seems to have a problem telling a high end Ibanez guitar from the cheaper low end crap. Sold inferior model called me a liar and I had to use Paypal to get my return. If I did'nt have the protection this snake would have gotten away with it.
