"My first experience with customink was great, but ever since it has been declining. A previous order they had to redo my shirts 3 times b/c of careless mistakes and no quality assurance before the product was sent out. This order, I had to change my design (even though they just printed the same design for a friend) which I did and still ordered 3 shirts. I then reached out to a guy who makes T-shirts and had him print the design for me. The shirts that I received from the guy who does shirts out of his home were far superior to customink. The design was cleaner, the colors were brighter, and after a wash they are not already fading like the one from customink. I think I'm done w/ customink."

"I was not overly pleased with the quality of the shirts we received, granted it's impossible to really tell what you are ordering until it comes in. When we got it, the fabric was coming out and it looked like it had not been properly stitched together. The main reason I'm leaving 4 stars is due to the problem solving and final resolution customer service offered. Regardless of the quality, the experience and customer service agents were very easy to work with. They offered to refund it if it there was a flaw found in the shirts, offered us a discount to keep it, a discount on the next order etc. They came up with a bunch of solutions to mitigate the initial experience and defuse my bad experience which is why I'm leaving a 4-star review instead of a 1 star. Overall the positive outweighed the bad. Great problem solving and conflict resolution skills, with not the best quality products. But you pay for what you get, that's a basic rule in life. I would probably come back to them again given the time they put in to make sure that I was happy."
