"Our cushions came out great - just as ordered - and arrived in absolutely no time; well ahead of our deadline. They did a great job, customer service was very helpful, and they had one of the best prices and selection around. We ordered custom cushions for a breakfast nook bench my husband built and they came out perfect. I was nervous after reading negative reviews out there, but I can say our order was perfect, came fast, and just as ordered. I was also really impressed by all of the information they provide on their site, including videos about the foam densities and different styles of cushions. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again in the future."

"Ordered cushion covers in June and paid in full, over $400. Was supposed to receive them in July. Called in September to ask where they were. Dad passed away in the meantime; received mid September and the back cushions were way too small. Measured as instructed and sent pictures to prove their mistake. As soon as it was obvious that they screwed up, Mike Rodriguez, the owner, stopped all communication. I pleaded with him as I was hosting a small wedding in my back yard and needed the covers, all while dealing with my dad’s death. I told him that but he has yet to respond and will not fix the issue as promised in their company statement.
DO NOT use this company!!! Look at BBB rating; it is an F for a reason. Also look at all the other reviews. These people are not honest, they are thieves and once they have your money you are at their mercy. They don’t even have to do the job right and they will keep your money. I am filing a law suit against them and registering their company to be investigated. RUN RUN RUN!!! Go to Etsy or DBM Imports!! "

CushionsXpress did a great job and turned the order around in 2 weeks. Perfect fit and exactly what we ordered and wanted in cushion firmness, fabric look and feel, and overall product quality. I can say if you do your homework on getting the measurements right (measure twice and cut once as they say), ask questions and send them pictures of what you are looking to have, you will get a great result. "Don't bother ordering ... received the product and we ordered the High density (18, 1.8 lbs/cuft) and firm firmness (45 ILD) used on a very firm seat cushion.This foam lifetime with usual usage is generally 10+ years . Let e tell you my 55lb dog sits on the cushion and SINKS how the heck will that last 10+ years????? Then when I request an RMA I get "approval" to return the product BUT I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS AND WILL ONLY GET 60% REFUND. WTH? Don't bother purchasing .... not worth the hassle!"

I went to their competitor. As a business owner, I am always horrified when staff treats a companies potential profits as worthless. I have email string if management or owners are interested."

"Order arrived as expected. Received quick response to email communication. I needed replacement cushion covers for my Frontgate sectional. CushionsXpress was the best value I found and was only marginally more than it would have cost me to make them myself. Delivery was was fast - though it required a direct signature from FedEx - which was the only drawback.

"I recently bought a window seat cushion from CushionsXpress. I ordered a very firm foam and expected it would be shipped flat but they crammed it into a rectangular box that was too small. The foam was badly mis-shapen (possibly damaged) and the material was all wrinkled. I have emailed their customer service twice with no reply. To their credit the dimensions, material, foam, and welting were exactly right, but their shipping and customer service suck!!"
