Bad Return Policy

"Purchased SUP racks online, unfortunately didn’t fit the area. Asked for refund, no return label provided so $80 AUD shipping back to NZ and $40 AUD for initial postage. $50 offered refund for a $170 item. Very Poor !"

Friendly and helpful staff

"I bought a bag for my 5’4” wing foil board. It has a really broad nose and these boards are generally a lot thicker and more voluminous than your standard boards. I called Curve up and had a huge range of questions. Simon was super helpful and had all the time in the world to help me. I have since purchased a second bag from
them, it was a bit too small for my board, but they were really helpful in getting the right bag out to me. Thanks guys!

Curve 14ft SUP Race/Touring Bag

"I was looking all over the web for a padded,14ft race/touring board bag and after striking out on multiple sites I came across Curve Surf. Did a quick glance at their site, looked at their reviews and reached out to the company via email. Within an hour or so someone got back to me. I live in the US Virgin Islands so shipping outside of the US can be a total pain. After a few emails back and forth I decided to buy the bag. Less than a week later I'm happy to report that the bag came on time and with no issues. Looking forward to island hopping with my race and touring boards soon. "

Absolutely awful.

"Item received broken and not like the pictures at all. An absolute nightmare to return - Was told they’d take money off me to refund it, to cover postage I’d already paid for. Wish I’d read these reviews before buying. It was a gift and I’m so annoyed. "

"I have not only dealt with, but have been in customer service for many years. I have to say, Curve Surf is amazing!!! Simon responded immediately to my emails and always stayed on top of answering my questions. He gave needed information and instructions even prior to a request. Return Policy costly

"Simon gave incorrect width measurements making the bag completely non suitable.To obtain replacement had to pay postage for a replacement and the postage to return the unneeded bag overseas from Australia to New Zealand.
The total postage cost for this non existent return policy was too expensive to pursue.
Gave the bag away in frustration.
Wasn't helpful in achieving a fair outcome.

"These guys are in New Zealand! Yet I ordered a product (SUP sling) on 1/19/2011 and I was holding it on 1/21/2011. Two days! Amazing. Most online orders take 5 or 6 days from sites in the U.S. "
