"What a horrible experience. I ordered 3 items and their shipping calculator didn't seem to be working and overrang my order. I called, I emailed, I left voicemails. Its been 5 days and I have yet to receive a response from the company. They overcharged my credit card based on the incorrect information from the order, and have not responded to any of my messages or emails that I have sent, which I also forwarded to both of the owners. Seems this forum is the only place they respond to, I hope I get some kind of resolution soon.
UPDATED 7/2/12:
STILL NO RETURNED CALL, NO REPLY TO MY VOICEMAILS or MY EMAILS. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

This company writes in their reply that they requested reseller ratings to remove this review so noone can see the truth, that they are a scam and never communicated with me what so ever. They rather reply on here because I made public the way I was treated (no phone/no email replies) and now they are lying that they replied. What a crock.
"Replies were sent to customer email inquiries, but they were evidently unhappy with our reasoning for cancelling their order." HOW POSSIBLY COULD YOU TELL I WAS "evidently unhappy with" your reasoning, when you never wrote me to explain why you didn't ship my order. so How, pray tell, could I reply and express unhappiness to NOTHING?? My emails to the company included that the order was incorrect in quantity and needed to be adjusted. Very sorry if you think you made an accurate assessment here in cancelling my order for fraud because the order had 3 of the same item WHEN I TOLD YOU THAT WAS TO BE ADJUSTED. Who is lying? I have proof of my emails sent to you. I forwarded them to the owners, both of them. I politely asked my order be adjusted because your website had errors of which I have screen shots of. Do you have proof of any thing you are accusing me of? You look more foolish responding to defend your company by lying, when all I was looking for was a simple "sorry". You can keep replying back to this review with more lies and excuses, I will keep updating this review till you get tired of lying. I doubt the review will get removed just because you don't like being exposed. This forum is here for the truth about merchants. Sorry if don't want the truth about your company to be known publicly, except when its in your favor. Instead of wasting time replying to reviews on reseller ratings after a complaint is made publicly, cupids bedroom would have done better by having some integrity and responded to a simple request to correct an order. I will say one thing, This may TOTALLY be an isolated incident, that hopefully noone else has to deal with, but it goes to say a lot about their responsibility in customer service, and as a company as a whole. Like I said, all I wanted was my order corrected and after several emails, calls, and a voicemail left, a sorry would have been nice too.

"The product was a little slow arriving because I ordered it from a US vendor and had it shipped to Canada. I paid the shipping charges but they did not include the customs fee for shipping when I ordered so I had to pay an additional $14.21 for customs. In my experience the fee for customs is included in the shipping cost so I would have saved money by ordering within Canada even though the product would have cost more. There was no disclaimer that stated,additional charges may apply. Overall the shipping experience was awful. The product itself was a 7 out of 10 because I found some manufacturing flaws on it, likely when the material was cast, there were a few very rough patches that I had to cut off. The assembly of the parts was disappointing as well, the tube was not secured to the base so it immediately slipped out and when it's pushed back into the intended position the end of the small tube protrudes from the tip and has to be pushed back inside to prevent scratches or lacerations during use. Once these manufacturing flaws are addressed the product functions as advertised and I am very pleased with the appearance and functionality. I only wish the same attention to detail that was put into the design of the product was put into the manufacturing as well"

"I placed an order with Cupids Bedroom, i have had some contact with them, and even though it has been a bit of a wait for my product, i do feel that it will be resolved. sometimes an order slips thru the cracks in any company, and i think as customers we have too have some understanding, given that i believe it will be resolved soon to both Cupids Bedroom and my self, i think this is a good company, and i will order from them in the future, once my current order is received.
order received on Sept 17, company was very helpful in following up. i will continue to purchase from this company, and i highly recommend them. Jamie
