There was no hard sell, but rather a relaxed and informative presentation of what was available and the differences between the various models. We let him know of our limitations and interests and he directed us to what he thought would be a good fit, took a test drive and sat down to finalize the deal. Anthony let us know he thought the price we were asking might not fly though he would present it to his supervisor, the typical routine you face when purchasing a new car. The supervisor came out, sat with us and presented a weak case for a higher price, to no avail. We got an ok deal at MSRP, though would never had progressed that far had Anthony P. not been so efficient, and genuine."
