It was a bit hard to find the size I needed, but really not too bad. It was easy to enter the wording but I did use the chat box to be sure that my wording was still not on the plate as it was not staying within the box on the screen. That was easy and helpful. The engraved plates came before the estimated delivery date. The plates were fine but different from the metal ones from my previous provider but look good."

The designer communicated with me every step of the way. I even had to edit my uploaded image, and it was adjusted easily.
