"This is the first time that I have used a service like this and I was a little nervous that I would not receive enough (good) designs. Crowdspring give lots of options to allow you attract more designers, such as gaurantee waivers, featured ads etc, which helped to give a little more impact on my posting.
I received over 200 design submissions from around 45 designers, and honestly was a little overwhelmed (in a good way). Overall, the quality of the submission were great and I found a fantastic logo and identity for my company. However, it was obvious that some designers did not read the brief, but Crowdspring have an option for this to provide this in their feedback (which impacts the designer's score on the website) and if this still doesn't work, you can block a designer from submitting to your project, so this isn't a huge problem as Crowdspring have tried to protect against it.
The service from CS support team was also really good, giving quick responses and offering free project extensions where needed.
I couldn't really fault the service at all with the exception of their mobile site being a little unreliable at times. However, if you are working from a desktop, it is perfect.

"I've used a lot of 3rd party 'designer/logo' websites over the years, and CrowdSpring stands out from the, well, crowd :-) Sure, on the surface they seem just like 99Designs or Design Crowd, but if you take a deeper look you'll see that they are not like the others.
For a start, SpringCrowd is cheaper when it comes to creating a logo project, and that makes a huge difference to the hip pocket, especially when you have to pay US dollars. Converting USD to AUD can make or break you.
Secondly, they actually helped in the sourcing stage and again, that helped enormously. Having lots of designers all designing for you might sound fantastic, but when it all boils down to it, having one designer nail your brief with a unique concept, a never-before seen concept, yeah, I'll stick with CrowdSpring for my logo/website design work from now on. I couldn't be happier, really. 10/10 stars"
