"I sent an email stating that when my son opened up the box his chair came in on Christmas day, there was a noticeble scratch on the leather and a black plastic piece of the chair was broken off. I don't know if this occurred during shipment, because there was a big rip and hole on the side of the box. I attached pictures of the damages along with the email but have not heard back from anyone. If I am mistaken, or if we can get this resolved, I will gladly change my review."
