"Similar experience as other reviewers. Won an auction fair and square. Paid immediately. Then my item would not ship. After contacting the seller multiple times, I was advised the sale was being cancelled due to shipping costs that are "too high". They blamed the eBay shipping calculator - which they claimed does not work but it does in fact work. I even offered to pay for the difference in shipping, which I shouldn't have to do, but I was willing as I was getting a good deal on the item. They were not interested however and stopped responding to my messages. It's pretty obvious the reason they cancelled the sale is because they did not get enough money for the item, even though they made the rules when they listed the item and I won it fair and square.

Absolutely shady, stay away from these scammers. They will waste your time and take your money."

"Purchased a new carbon fiber bike from their randombikeparts.com website. The bike did have issues with the SRAM Guide R brakes seizing (common and known failure). Crosslake replaced, I installed. A week later, I discovered a manufacturing defect in the carbon, Crosslake replaced. Replacement bike had some screws missing, Crosslake replaced. Excellent service. Except for the missing screw issue, these were all defects out of their control. This bike store isn't for those who can't work on bikes, nor have the time to work on bikes. But for customers like me who are avid bike fans and like a good deal, They're great. Ryan in customer service was spectacular. I am a repeat customer."

Returns or problems with an order or shipping. Due to my high volume purchases on a couple occasions there was a minor error but promptly and perfessionally was cared for with above average customer satisfaction. And for that reason is why I am a continual high volume purchaser from there company for years now.
I've even made contact with tech department on thoughts of some of there new Marin frames, where I was met with perfessional knowledgeable staff directing me with my certain requests and needs.

"Ordered multiple products from Crosslakes on eBay. They where never delivered. After 3 weeks the items got back to them.
My order was for $122 and I got a refund of $72. When questioned about this they informed me they are not refunding the shipping and also adding an extra charge of $18 due to shipping costs back to them.
This is ridiculous for an order I had no interaction with.
I will not be using them again. "
