No email response, added them on skype to talk to them because they don't have any kind of phones available and they didn't reply any of my calls nor my messages. No tracking info, no customer service, I believe this company doesn't even exist. Try to find it online, found the names of the companies and tried to call them but the phones numbers are fake. Do not buy a cronus device, they'll steal your money "

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I ordered this device on 6/20/13. I hadn't received anything within a week, so I sent an e-mail to their customer service (on their website it states "if you haven't received tracking info within a reasonable time, send an e-mail!). No response. I sent another e-mail 2 days later. No response. This process goes on for 3 weeks and about 30-40 e-mails. I finally get an e-mail back simply stating, "your order got stuck in processing. I just checked it, it will ship soon. You will receive tracking information tomorrow via e-mail." Guess what? No tracking info. It has now been another week and another 20 e-mails, no response. I'm beginning to wonder if all these other reviews are from Cronus employees and they have just stolen my money. I should have listened to all the reviews stating that they had the worst customer service on the planet."

"I bought the CronusX Modding Device to use the button configuration option on my PS3 controller. I ordered it on a Tuesday and got it by Wednesday morning. Being in Canada I'm used to online orders taking weeks to be delivered so I was pleasantly surprised at how fast I got it. As for the the CronusX itself, it's a great gaming accessory, especially for a person like myself. Being physically disabled, I have limited motion with my hands. And since I'm a game lover it's especially difficult when a game doesn't have customizable button options. Some games I simply cannot play because of this. So when I saw the CronusX I had to get it. Now I can customize the buttons of any and every game I want. I did have some issues with program used to map out the buttons but the customer service at Cronusdevice.com is extremely helpful. I emailed them a few questions and I always got a speedy and informative response. My experience with Cronusdevice.com has been great and I look forward to any new products they may have in the future."
