Once I placed my order for the JL Audio Stealthbox for my 2021 Ford Bronco First Edition 4-Door, I received multiple follow-up emails regarding my order and ETA for shipping.
Since it's a sort of a custom order item, not many JL Audio dealers carry it in stock. But Creative Audio took an extra step and put a note on their website for this item "This Stealthbox was in Stock and Ready to Ship as of this morning, call to confirm and get shipped today!" which was very helpful for my situation.
Once the item was ready to be shipped out, I even received a phone call from David @ Creative Audio, who informed me that the item was carefully packed and would be shipped out today.
David was even extra kind to take a few extra minutes to discuss the Car Audio Project I was in the process with for my Bronco. David sounded professional and knowledgeable over the phone, and his feedback was helpful.
From this point, Creative Audio will always be my first choice for audio-related projects."
