"1st Purchase with CrazyPC and I am very pleased with my whole experience.

I ordered a Lian Li case w/ a 120mm top blowhole mod performed by CrazyPC. I was very impressed with the workmanship of the blowhole. I was worried that the cut would be imperfect, have jagged edges, be slightly off center etc.. I was pleasantly surprised that it looked VERY professional. The edges were even lined with a plastic edging to make the hole look very neat. Additionally, the case had zero scratches (it was black, so any scratches would show up easily if it was not handled right).

Also, my order was completed very quickly and arrived earlier than I expected. I thought that the modification of the blow hole would delay my order, but it was shipped out within 24 hours of my order. Very prompt service in my book!!

Note too that after my order was complete and I submitted it and paid for it via CC, I forgot one small item (a simple rocker switch). So I immediately e-mailed them to see if they could somehow add this to my order -- even though it was already submitted. I received an e-mail within a few hours to let me know they added this to my order and charged my CC and all was good. I was very pleased that they were able to accommodate this request (I would have hated to pay for shipping for such a small item by itself). I can say that not too many on-line resellers would do this. Great customer service.

My only issue remains with UPS. I wish CrazyPC would use Fed Ex ground instead (or at least as an option). In my experience over the past three years, at least 3 out of 5 UPS packages arrive with some sort of external damage to them (I am not exaggerating). And this was one of them. They left the Lian Li case box at my door and when I got home and brought it in, I noticed a huge puncture hole (like the size of a large fist) that went through the side of the box. I was sure that side of the case would be damaged. Luckily, it was packed very well and turned out OK.

So far, the UPS thing is really my only real criticism with CrazyPC -- although I cannot totally blame them for UPS' careless handling practices.

There are a few minor issues with their web site though that would be nice if they could address. For example, some product descriptions are rather vague or do not have enough pictures and / or description details. But, this is a very minor issue and I provided this more as an observation as opposed to a criticism.

BTW: CrazyPC re-packed the case so well, they even stuffed the inside of the case with a plastic bag filled with packing peanuts so the accessory items inside would not bounce around and damage / scratch the inside of the case. I REALLY appreciated that! I cannot count how many cases I get the I can hear the accessories (you know, the screws and standoffs etc.)
inside the case bang around like a 1/2 empty piggy bank. This to me shows that they really care that your case arrives in pristine condition.

Needless to say, I would definitely order from CrazyPC again. I also will recommend to others. It is the one place that I know -- if needed -- I can order a Pre-modded case and feel confident I will receive a professional and high quality product.

All in all: CrazyPC is a great place to do business with. I highly recommend them.

"CrazyPC has a decent selection for their target mod community. The prices are also highly competative when compared to other mod suppliers. I do think that site design could be paid more attention, as the top panel is a bit overbearing, some of the categories cross-reference others and could do with some redundancy to ease searching times. Product details vary from quite complete to quite lacking. Also, and this is a small but noticeable 'problem' that bothers me, when a product is selected for details the page background switching to white along with the top bar change is a bit disconcerting.
